Dr. Cindy Osborne and staff is the best located on the 4th floor they show you love and support. The infusion center on the 3rd floor. The staff is the best. So much warmth from both floors. They listen to you and you can see the concern they have for you it shows in their face.

The building is easy to navigate and there are staff members in the lobby that are willing to help you find your way. There’s a Starbucks on the 2nd floor with a pretty basic menu as well as a cafeteria and gift shop. Valet is the best way to go as all garages are always crowded!

I am a new patient for radiation therapy because of breast cancer. As a first-time patient, I expected a more pleasant experience at the Sammons Cancer Center. The parking situation is difficult and confusing. First of all, the parking should be convenient and free to cancer patients receiving radiation, chemo and other life-saving therapies. The cancer journey is stressful enough without the stress of parking. On today’s visit, valet parking was chaotic, and I was told to move on because valet parking was full. The attendants did not offer any other options. The center has its own parking garage which was not easily located. I ended up parking in garage 4. The garage was packed, so it took me seven minutes to park.

On a positive note, once you are inside, the experience changes. The front-desk person in the lobby is helpful and nice. Dr. Scruggs and Lauren, his nurse are very nice and professional. I pray my experience improves since I will be in treatment for 30 days.

Appointment for blood draw was at 930 and it's 1005am and still not called back. This is a horrible first time experience. I also reiterate what other reviewers have stated, parking should be free for patients receiving chemotherapy. I am also appalled at how crowded the office is, standing room only. Not a very good first time experience, hopefully it will get better as my husband has 2 more treatments after this.

I had my surgery with Dr Tuoc Dao in december of 2022 and have been so immensely unhappy with the results of my double mastectomy. looking at myself makes me sick. she left extra skin and fat on my sides that i specifically asked her not to be in the consultations before the surgery. the day i got out of surgery and she took the bandages off of my chest to see my heart sank and i dread looking at myself ever since. the scars are not how we discussed and the “dog ears” make my so uncomfortable i never take my shirt off in front of anyone anymore. not only that she seems very dismissive of my concerns and i just did not feel cared about as a patient.

DR.McCollum or his NP dropped the ball on my case in November of last year my liver number were going up then in December the same they told me it was a fatty liver i did a ultrasound in January, they sent me to a liver specialist, but he couldn't get me in until March. In March I called the dr office and asked for an appt i know something was wrong. I seen the NP and she said its a fatty liver and your number tripled from January i said i want a scan i think my cancer is back. i got sent for a ct the next week i seen Dr. Mccollum and he said cancer is back but in your liver i will send you for a MRI i had the MRI the next day and till this day 7 months later i still haven't gotten a call about the mri results. Im now getting treated at UTSW. we could have prevented all of this if they were sending me for scans every 3 months.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The wait times for infusions are atrocious, often 2-3 hours past the appointment time, which is inhumane. Additionally, patients have to pay for parking every visit, which is especially burdensome for those requiring frequent treatments. I've been hung up on by staff simply for inquiring about the persistent issues. If I’m on time for my appointment, I expect the same from the clinic. This place provides poor patient care and should be held accountable. I do not recommend it.

? Hi first I'd like to say the doctors offices, surgeons offices all their nurses are all excellent and do a great job, above and beyond even office staff, I'm humbled by how they represent your cancer center and our doctors, and us as patients, they are magnificent.
Every person in the lab draw dept, and every xray peti scan mri dept. are done with the utmost curtesy and respect and very nice. Everywhere I've been -
But, when you hit the chemo dept. you are in a whole different world, it's almost like your not even in the same building or hospital, its like I made a wrong turn or I'm in the wrong place, I've never seen anyone bring the ghetto into a business as "some" of the bad seeds their do, they almost, but can't shadow the ones that are there that are genuine, do their job, and if they don't like it you can't see it at all..Great job to you lady's and gentlemen you deserve it as there a few of you there and your in a class all your own.
I want to talk to someone about how unprofessional and inappropriate some of your office staff nurses and the one of the lady's in the front were you first sign in at and so does my son and daughter-inlaw. I wanted to let this go, but this is totally unexceptable.
Thank you very much.
