Such a good Dr office. Dr Kaiser was my physician and I couldn't have been happier. He's a great Dr who took time to actually talk to me and help me with the questions I had. His personality is great and very professional at the same time. Highly recommend.

Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his field, but he also has an exceptional level of kindness and attentiveness that makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. Dr. Kumar always takes the time to explain things clearly without rushing into unnecessary treatments, which shows his genuine concern for his patients' well-being. Since I began seeing him, my kidney health has improved significantly. I couldn’t ask for a better nephrologist!

I was seen here once in May of 2022 and can say I gladly never went back. I have a primary as well as a secondary insurance that covers my copay, and only two years after the fact do they come back to me and say that I owe a copay. I’m not sure if they have changed since I’ve been seen but to put it lightly I can say I never returned for a reason. My care wasn’t taken seriously considering I only have 1 kidney and obviously the back side of things doesn’t know what they’re doing if they wait two years before trying to collect a copay. They state they sent it to my previous address but I had been there for 4 months after I was seen as well as having my mail forwarded from that address and never received a thing. Would not recommend!!!

Was diagnosed with kidney disease at 30. I live in a small town, and we don’t have great doctors here. I was desperate to find a doctor who could help me!! I googled kidney doctors in Texas and Dr. Sumit Kumar was the first one who popped up. I decided to give the office a call and see if he would see me even though I’m 8 hours away! They were SO kind, and helpful. They got me in with him via zoom and he already had a plan on how to get ahead of the disease and keep me healthy. He’s amazing, thorough, knowledgeable, funny, remembers details about my life and family and asks about my kids every time we talk. I trust him completely with my kidney care. So thankful I found him and his team!

Another thing that is inportant to me is kind and courteous office staff, and this facility has never let me down. Anyone who has ever taken my call has treated me with kindness and respect and that’s just so rare these days with doctors offices. I hope you’ll give them a shot!

They are some sweet people to go and see. They speak to you with a pleasant voice. The doctor will talk to you to make you understand what is going on with you. They make sure that you are taken care of yourself like you should.
