I had my first visit to WIDLS a few days ago. I saw Dr. Nina Hartman for Ultherapy and had a great experience. She was incredibly personable and answered my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed throughout the consultation. This was the most relatively comfortable, low pain Ultherapy experience I have EVER had! I am excited to see my results. Her medical assistant, Stella, was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable. The office is clean, modern and new patients are treated with a welcome goody bag. There was no wait time and I was promptly seen at my appointment time.

It is always a treat when I get to go to the Washington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery. The office is beautiful and pristine. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Charged $150 to sell me products vs the chemical peel that I had made an appointment for. The office is not very clean with flickering lights in the ceiling. The staff is nice but that’s the only reason I am giving 2 stars.

I was told that the treatment they performed on me would have permanent results. About 18 months later, my issue returned. They had me come in for a second treatment and said it would definitely be permanent this time. Now, seven or eight years later, my issue has returned again in full force. Very frustrating.

This is a world-class dermatology practice! From the moment you walk in, the friendly staff greets you and prepares you for your procedure. Monique at the front desk and Jessica were particularly welcoming and helpful. This time, I saw Dr. Hartman, who has been a fantastic addition to the practice. She is warm and caring, making me feel at ease with her excellent bedside manner. She explained each step of the procedure and took the time to answer my questions. I was very pleased with my cosmetic treatment and will definitely be returning!
