Office manager and front desk person refused to listen when told that out-of-pocket maximum was reached so no co-pay should be due. Also argued about whether or not they accepted Colorado Medicaid. When a patient has proof that their out of pocket has been reached, they should be believed. It’s an easy call to insurance to verify. Very unprofessional.

Referred her by my PCP. Called to schedule an appointment after they didn’t call for over a week. Was told they would text me or call me once they reviewed my ultrasound results. I guess they don’t care that this is important or urgent. I have never had a doctors office act like they didn’t care. I will go see someone else who thinks a referral to them is important. The receptionist was very unaffected by this and was not helpful at all.

I’d avoid Dr Leung and his nursing team at all costs.

I was supposed to meet with Dr Leung today, as a referral from my hematologist, who had me change my family and work plans to accommodate this appointment which my hematologist deemed urgent. Instead of Dr Leung, a nurse came into the room 45 minutes late and gave advice that conflicted with everything else I’ve been told over the last few months since my diagnosis. Her bedside manner was abrupt and lacking of any empathy at all. She rushed through my appointment and left me with more questions than answers.

I drove down from Vail and took time off of work for this appointment with Dr Leung, who didn’t even take the time to see me or talk to me AT ALL. And to replace his time with a rude, dismissive, uninformed nurse was just unbelievable. I didn’t even have to meet Dr Leung to be able to tell you that he is clearly irresponsible, unethical, and uncaring.

Dr Melendez didn’t even bother with any sort of physical examination or tests despite symptoms. She seemed confused as to why I was there. I had previous surgery with Dr. Annest who had talked about a second surgery and that was before repeated falls.

I had surgery there in 2018. I tried to get back in and they refused to see me even though I was a former patient. This used to be a good practice, I'm not sure if they changed ownership or what. Don't bother with them.

I had the best experience at Vascular Int. of the Rockies. I had 2 vascular ablations on both of my legs this winter. My patient coordinator Claudia was above and beyond AMAZING! Not only did she take care of all of the issues with my insurance, painstakingly, and came through at the 11th hour so I could get the procedure I gravely needed. During the procedures, all of the staff treated me like gold and made me feel like any issue I raised before/after was important to them. Lauren Eller did both my procedures and I was so impressed by her professionalism and transparency to all of my concerns. This was a long process and I am so thankful for the care I received. Thank you Claudia and Lauren for everything you did for me!!!! I'm a very happy patient!

I was a long time patient of DR Richard Sanders. He was a wonderful doctor. The office staff at this location are just plain rude. Why would I want to go to a doctors office when the staff is rude and unwilling to help. I first saw DR Sanders in 2001 and continued to see him until 2010. I can't get into this office for help unless I go to another doctor and explain my life history all over again and get a referral if I'm lucky. I'll look elsewhere. It's a shame, DR Sanders would be ashamed of these people.

Dr Annest & his team are amazing. I had a complex & unusual surgery in 2020 followed by an in-hospital procedure 12 days later. Prior to & in the hospital afterwards him & his team made sure to keep me informed, check-up on me & while in the hospital kept me comfortable. He’s the most knowledgeable, compassionate & thorough Physician I’ve had the pleasure to meet, with a wonderful bedside manner to top it off!
