Dr. O and Dr. Waner’s office has truly changed my life in ways I never thought possible. For 25 years, I dreamed of being able to pierce my ears, but it always felt out of reach—until now. I had been told by other doctors that what I needed was impossible, but Dr. O and Dr. Waner proved otherwise. Their expertise with hemangioma cases is unmatched, and they accomplished what I thought could never happen. The care, attention to detail, and willingness to listen to all of my concerns left me feeling completely supported throughout the process. Their honesty and transparency about what could be achieved gave me confidence every step of the way. Truly exceptional surgeons. I am so grateful for the incredible work they’ve done. This experience is a dream come true, and I’ll always appreciate the life-changing impact they’ve had on me. I am so thankful I found VBI.

Dr. O and her staff are AMAZING! I have had 3 surgeries over the course of 2 years from her. She always makes sure the plan and surgeries are explained to you, to the best of your knowledge. I was very nervous when i first met Dr. O. After the first few times, the nerves started to fade away and I trusted her. She did an amazing job fixing my smile and making my face more symmetrical. It’s been 10 months since my gracilis transfer. Everytime i see her, she makes me so happy by saying I’m improving so well. Definitely worth it!!! Love Dr. O and her staff!!!

Dr. O is an amazing doctor . She has been there for all my needs and has extended her knowledge throughout all the 3 surgeries and the follow up visits. She is kind and attentive to the patient needs. Always resourcing amazing outcomes delivering the best care and expertise to each individual patient. Also , the receptionist are amazing people who always are open help in a very rapid manner.

Every person I have met on this process has been 10/10. Christy the secretary called me multiple times and kept me organized and updated on my care.the hospital experience was speedy and efficient from my standpoint . Dr. O was amazing and I am beyond satisfied with the results. I did not need any pain medication.

Dr. O and her team are incredible. We were referred to Dr. O for our son to be operated on for venus malformation surgery on his face. Dr. O was was understanding, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable with this condition. I cannot thank Dr. O enough for her expertise and care for my son.

Dr. O has provided me with answers and resources that have drastically improved my facial paralysis. She has been incredibly kind and patient. She has also helped me connect with a wonderful physical therapist and with a program designed to help others with facial differences.

My experience at Vascular Birthmark Institute is the best encounter I have ever had at any medical facility. Dr. Milton Waner is very knowledgeable, empathetic and just a wonderful person. My daughter was denied care at several medical institutions for 19 years, as doctors were telling us they had no idea what the lesion to left side of her head was. Within the last couple of months, the lesion got ulcerated. I researched and found Dr. Waner. Both my daughter and I live in different states but we decided we were going to fly to New York to have Dr. Waner do surgery. I have no regrets. Absolutely love the entire team at Vascular Birthmark Institute. Totally recommend !!!!!
