Dr. O and Dr. Waner’s office has truly changed my life in ways I never thought possible. For 25 years, I dreamed of being able to pierce my ears, but it always felt out of reach—until now.

Dr. O and her staff are AMAZING! I have had 3 surgeries over the course of 2 years from her. She always makes sure the plan and surgeries are explained to you, to the best of your knowledge. I was very nervous when i first met Dr. O. After the first few times, the nerves started to fade away and I trusted her. She did an amazing job fixing my smile and making my face more symmetrical. It’s been 10 months since my gracilis transfer. Everytime i see her, she makes me so happy by saying I’m improving so well. Definitely worth it!!! Love Dr. O and her staff!!!

Dr.'s O., Dr. Waner, and Dr. Fay, are the most wonder doctors I have ever worked with. I cannot say enough about their kindness, experience, knowledge and caring. I have been with them for 20 years now and feel that under their care I am in the best hands I have ever been. When you have a rare disease you need a top specialist to work on you and here you have more than one working on you at all times. At most places you find one surgeon that will do one only thing at a time. Not here. If you need more than one procedure, they will do their best to find a way to provide as much care as they can at one time to prevent multiple surgeries. Phenomenal People that only care about you!

I only want to say that the aftercare at the Ear, Nose, and Throat Hospital was not as I would have liked, This year they changed their policy and made it an ambulatory facility only. When I started surgeries 60 years ago, they used to keep me 10 days in the hospital. My last surgery, they keep me 10 hours. It was very upsetting because they couldn't keep my blood pressure under control, it was too low. I was in a lot of pain. I just wanted to sleep. I asked to be sent to Lenox Hill hospital because it was almost 11p.m. and they kept saying they were going to send me home. But, home was 1500 miles away I only had a hotel to go to. No real comforts and I needed care. To the hotel I went. Only 9 pain pills and nothing familiar. Insurance has made it impossible for patients and doctors anymore to get/give care that is needed. Doctors can't get paid to help patients that have rare conditions like we do and we have to use our life savings to pay for necessary surgeries. Doctors are going without pay to help people like us and I can't say enough about the kindness of these wonderful Doctors. Thank you so much for listening. Dr. O is an amazing doctor . She has been there for all my needs and has extended her knowledge throughout all the 3 surgeries and the follow up visits. She is kind and attentive to the patient needs. Always resourcing amazing outcomes delivering the best care and expertise to each individual patient. Also , the receptionist are amazing people who always are open help in a very rapid manner.

Every person I have met on this process has been 10/10. Christy the secretary called me multiple times and kept me organized and updated on my care.the hospital experience was speedy and efficient from my standpoint . Dr. O was amazing and I am beyond satisfied with the results. I did not need any pain medication.

My experience at Vascular Birthmark Institute is the best encounter I have ever had at any medical facility. Dr. Milton Waner is very knowledgeable, empathetic and just a wonderful person.

My daughter was denied care at several medical institutions for 19 years, as doctors were telling us they had no idea what the lesion to left side of her head was.

Within the last couple of months, the lesion got ulcerated. I researched and found Dr. Waner. Both my daughter and I live in different states but we decided we were going to fly to New York to have Dr. Waner do surgery. I have no regrets. Absolutely love the entire team at Vascular Birthmark Institute.
