My 88 year old mother in law had a large growth on her face. Dr. Story and her staff did exceptional work removing the entire growth while keeping her comfortable and calm. They did a remarkable job bringing all of the skin back together. Very knowledgeable and professional Highly recommend Dr. Story and Valley Skin Institute.

All the staff are truly caring and they did not turn me away when I walked in for help. There is no words to describe how thankful I am for them just listening and caring for me when no one else would. I prayed for God to help me. I google search for dermatologist and was scrolling through and this place was the place, I felt God wanted me to go here. I'm so glad I did. I feel that this place loves people and wants to help them. It's sad but this hasn't always been my experiences but when I am blessed to have such people care for me I really appreciate it and I will never forget about all the staff and doctors helping me. Staff was very inconsiderate. Seems as if new patients are not welcomed. I waited over a month for an appointment. I was told a week before my appointment they have to reschedule me further back. They offered no sense of empathy and was very clear I had to take whatever the new appointment date and time was whether it fit my schedule or not. Very inconsiderate and not to mention rude. I do not recommend because again, they seem to treat you as a number instead of a person.

Efficient, friendly and competent! I have not had a bad experience the past couple of years I’ve been going there. I saw the PA, Cheri on my last visit. Very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Very pleased to be a patient at Valley Skin Institute!

This visit was my 2nd visit and it was great. The PA was very friendly, professional and thorough. There was another PA in with us, maybe doing clinicals(?) and Cheri was verbalizing her findings which I found very informative. I learned so many terms about various areas on my skin that I never knew. I’m a science/medical nerd so this was cool. Everyone in the office from front office to back was friendly & approachable which makes me much more comfortable. I would definitely refer friends & family without hesitation.

Personnel are professional and friendly. Approintments are normally very close to being on time. Medical care is provided by well trained individuals and my care over several years has been excellent.

I had a great appointment with Tracy. She took plenty of time to hear all my concerns. All my issues were addressed at this one appointment. MA & front office staff were friendly helpful & attentive.
