This rating is for the billing department. I’ve been to this facility 1 time, and seen my doctor one time via zoom (Dr. Maddison Thievierge). The staff and Doctor were fine, no major complaints about them. The facility is beautiful and clean. Regarding the billing department, they are absolutely horrible and unwilling to work with patients. My balance with using insurance is almost double what it would have been as a cash patient and they are unwilling to work with me to get my balance down, or work with me on the charges. I am definitely unable to come back and work with the doctor because it’s SO expensive. This type of rigidness hurts people so much. This is what I was trying to avoid by not going to a standard doctor.. I wanted to go the integrative route because I thought they would help. It’s very sad and unfortunate, I don’t recommend coming here for care unless you know exactly what your out-of-pocket costs are going to be BEFORE seeing the doctor. I feel like I got robbed.

did blood test at this place. the front desk people and the technitian who take blood sample basically don't know what they are talking about. and contradict theirselves. when taking blood sample, the technitian said you also have urine test and you just went to restroom and the place close in 15min so you cannot collect it today. i asked if i can leave the sample at the restroom after it close at 4pm. he said no because they have to collect sample immediately, but he can give me bottle to collect at home. as far as i understand, collect at home means the sample is not collect promptly, but delayed 2-12 hours. and he don't think collect at home contradict with collect it immediately. seems they are not operating it in good standard and i don't think they are really qualified to do this kind of work (based on their knowledge of promptly collect sample). they just do not want to wait me for 5min to collect sample. instead they want me to come back next day. will not trust any of their lab result. regret going there. they also have no clue what insurance covers those labs.

The front desk team was so negative and unhelpful. They refused to check if my benefits were in network, meanwhile my insurance wouldn’t give me that information and told me the doctors office was responsible for checking. As a patient this left me frustrated, as I didn’t know if my visit would be covered. Also the waiting list is very long to get in, so if you’re dealing with any pressing issues I wouldn’t go here. They a.so cancelled my appointment and pushed it out an additional month. I will be going elsewhere!

I received inaccurate insurance information from the front desk, which prompted me to contact the billing office to resolve the issue. However, despite my attempts, I did not receive any response for over 6 months. They said "I will look into the issue and call you back". NO RESPONSE. Even after calling over and over again. NO RESPONSE. This was a waste of both time and money. I strongly advise against choosing this place as they fail to provide accurate explanations regarding service costs and are unhelpful when contacted.

I was very happy with the initial visits, until almost a year later bills kept arriving. I was assured the doctor was only ordering tests covered by my insurance - yet I'm out of pocket about $2500. Two weeks ago I called to have a Rx changed from brand to generic and this was beyond the capabilities of the staff. Requesting this change for some reason made me lose the last of four refills of a year long order on the original Rx, effectively costing me more money because I have to go back to the doctor three months sooner than I normally would have. I'll be looking for a new doctor.

Front office and billing department are very disorganized. They over bill and misquote pricing and the billing department director Brenda Oviedo is incompetent and near impossible to get to do her job, resolve problems, and return calls and e-mails.

I was at the end of my rope when I first met with Dr. Demehri as my MD told me that my elevated TSH, extreme fatigue, hair loss, and ongoing dizziness was "normal for a woman my age." Dr. Demehri immediately suspected I had adrenal fatigue and possibly Hashimoto's and after thorough testing, diagnosis, and education I was well on my way to feeling better. After working with Dr. Demehri for just 6 months, my Stage 3 Adrenal Fatigue was reversed as well as my Hashimoto's and I feel a million times better. I can't recommend her enough!
