I couldn't be more happy and grateful for Dr Horn and his entire staff !! They have been more than kind and compassionate throughout my breast reconstruction surgery after a double mastectomy. Dr Horn truly cares about his patients and is a perfectionist about the quality of his work, no matter how tailored or specific it may be. We did hit a speed bump (radiation related) during my recovery and it was handled with kindness and the utmost professionalism, from being greeted as soon as you walk in the door to all of the nurses and coordinators. Their kindness and support is unmatched. They answer every question with compassion and care. A big shout out to Heather for always making me feel special when I know she has a huge clientele. I'm forever grateful for having Dr Horn and staff for MY reconstructive surgery and recovery. I would absolutely choose them 10 out of 10 times !!

There are not enough complimentary words for me to describe Dr Horn !!! ? We are full of gratitude for him doing an award winning surgery on my MOM ! He removed three huge cancer spots off of her face at one time. He even BUILT HER HALF OF A NOSE BECAUSE ATE OFF HER LEFT NOSTRIL ! HE did all this and more in Record time. He has over the top off the chain surgical skills ! He impressed our socks off. She has healed beautifully for an 86 yr old !!! Please trust him w your needs BUT BE PATIENT!!! WE WERE ALL UPSET AND SCARED BUT MAGGIE calmed us down and explained how good he was as a doctor. Maggie was exactly right ! Heather was kind and gentle and always on the go ! Boy can that girl hustle..! She's great for Dr Horn ! if you ever hear anything negative about this man I promise you it is not true!!! We could not be more happy w this doctor. Just got the survey review St Joseph candler is asking for. We will give him all top stars. Love you Dr Horn !!! ? Thanks for saving my mom's life !!!!!!!!! I saw Dr Horn for the removal of a non-malignant basal skin carcinoma on my back. He closed the skin back up with steri-strips, not typical sutures. A week later they popped out. He couldn't see me again for 48 hours and didn't pass me on to a colleague who might have been available. I don't know if the incision got infected before or immediately after he sewed it back up, but when I called his assistant the next day, she pooh-poohed my concerns. After the weekend I demanded to go back in, and yes she agreed it was seriously infected, and was able to get me some antibiotics. Dr. Horn hadn't properly bandaged the incision nor said anything to me about regularly changing the bandage. It took about a week for the infection to calm down and longer for the incision to stop leaking. It continued to hurt for months.

Dr Horn was a pleasant conversationalist during the surgeries. But I would have preferred competence to conversation.
