I had a great experience the Dr was very thorough and gave me advice I hadn’t heard before. Grace the Office Manager was a pleasure to work with regarding payment and she even helped with my selection. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for convenient fast friendly service.

I have used this office for two years and it is time to move somewhere else. The first time I came for my exam the doctor was multitasking between paying her bills online and actually checking my eyes. I decided to try again. The second time, I had to come back 3 times to get my trial contacts because they gave me the wrong prescription and because they were not ready. The people at the front desk could not be more unenthusiastic in the way they help you. For an eye doctors office, and how long it takes to get an appointment, you would expect the facility to be nicer.

Excellent patient experience. I came in with a myriad of issues and their team was so incredibly helpful. They were able to go out of their way to get me glasses that same day and make sure I was taken care of. They also point by point explained my insurance and what was covered. I will definitely be coming back!

I had a disappointing experience with this optometrist. She was extremely unresponsive when I requested my retinal scan images, which I needed for my records. It took three phone calls and an email before I finally got a response—after my fifth attempt.

To make matters worse, she submitted a claim to my insurance for frames and lenses that I never received from her. Because of this, I was unable to order frames and lenses from an in-network provider, leaving me frustrated and still waiting for her to resolve this issue by withdrawing the false claim.

The lack of communication and mishandling of insurance claims have caused me significant inconvenience. I would not recommend this provider to others.

The care, knowledge, and personal touch here is unlike anything I’ve experienced. Been going to the big companies forever (MyEyeDr mainly). My FIL was in town and his glasses got messed up and he could not see out of them. The folks here helped troubleshoot, got him in first thing the next morning, and figured out a cost effective workaround to get him thru the rest of his trip with us until he could get home to his regular eye doc.

Top notch and my wife and I will be going back here for our own eye care from now on.

I had visited my regular eye doctor twice for the same issue. Their response was everyone gets dry eyes. Dr. Grewal was able to diagnose and explain what was actually going on with my eyes and created a treatment plan to provide relief and a path to recovery. She is incredibly knowledgeable and her bedside manner is top notch. Would highly recommend her to family and friends.
