Dr. Sherman and his staff were excellent. The receptionist greeted me by name with a smile. His assistant was polite and efficient. Dr. Sherman was friendly and comprehensively diagnosed my problem and reviewed my MRI with me.
The experience was such than I would not hesitate to recommend this office.

I give Dr. Ros, the X-ray technician and the casting gal 5 stars. The receptionist give 1 star.
The receptionist were unprofessional, unwelcoming, and not professional. They were short with us, seemed disconnected to their job and talked about personal matters, using curse words about the cost of an upcoming wedding. I don't need to hear about the wedding, but to use curse words with it just made it extremely unprofessional, and with a child present not acceptable.

The rest of the team I met, loved. They were engaged in conversation with us, seemed to be happy to be at work and informational with us.

Dr. Sherman has been absolutely excellent as I have pursued a solution to my ongoing back pain. He was great in his efforts to alleviate the pain and he did not try giving me shots I didn’t as that’s what I was dealing with at other locations. He’s always positive and he takes time for even though he’s in high demand and busy. I ll need surgery and he was fantastic about referrals and he’s well respected in the field as he should be.

One of the worst experiences of my entire life. I starved for this procedure and went without medication for the entire day, drove 40 minutes only to find that my appointment was cancelled and they claimed to have called me over a week ago (multiple times) but I had no such calls to cancel/reschedule the procedure. Their staff did not explain why it was moved nor did they reschedule while I was there in person. They did not tell me why the doctor needed to move dates or “was no longer doing procedures”. The only reason I opted to do this procedure was because I was assured this was one of the best doctors in the country. They have no accountability and do not take care of their patients.

*edit*
I was rescheduled and taken in the next week as this is one of the places my doctor has recommended and takes my insurance. I had hoped for a better experience which did not happen. The nurse that did my IV was a travel nurse because they are “under-staffed” and she stated she is a lip filler injector for a plastic surgeon’s office…this may explain why I now seem to have a bubble in my right arm. She had to go twice to two of my largest veins. I have VERY big juicy veins in my arms that are very easy to access so there should have been no trouble but she said many veins were very “deceptive” and blamed them…I am writing now because it is now painful and I feel I need to be contacting someone because it looks like I have a bubble of air in there. Furthermore, there wasn’t a lot of notice that I’d be administered fentanyl as a pain reliever beforehand but that was quite alarming and I was not prepared but as I am in quite a lot of pain, I went with it. In the future, I’d like a heads up for something that scary of a drug but I understand the doctors are accredited and qualified to administer such things.

My appointment was very professional, timely and to the point. The treatment provided by Dr Scott in regards to my ankle was almost immediately beneficial as it increased my mobility. Dr Scott is always friendly and takes time to answer any pertinent questions as to my injury and subsequent treatment

Generally my experience with Core has been very good. My Dr., Scott Siverhus and his support staff have been great. I will be having a knee replacement surgery in January and I have complete confidence in the Drs. and staff.

It wasn't a good appointment imo. I was seeing an MA. He seemed great in our first interaction, but this appointment was different. I was receiving my results from an MRI of my spine.
I had already seen the results through the patient portal, but it was clear this was the first time he had looked at them or read the results even.
After we discussed the results, he gave me a few options of what I could do, but I have several issues, and it's very complicated.
He proceeded to go back and forth about what the best course of action would be. It felt like he wanted me to tell him what the best course of action should be.
It left me feeling very alone in my care, like he really didn't know what he was talking about. I'm very sad, I really had high hopes of receiving a concrete course of action today. That did not happen.
I've always loved PAs, but I think this was a mistake, though. I need a real doctor with real doctor experience.
