I have had the pleasure of being a patient at this facility for a number of years. I recommend their services, Indiana will definitely get you where you need to be during rehab. The physical therapists are helping me to get my shoulder muscles stretched , so I may have full range of motion. These people at Dr. Gardner’s office are really caring people. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I have been going for therapy at the ft worth location for several months now.
The staff has provided excellent care.
Ms Indiana has worked with me the most.
She is very knowledgeable in her field.
Push’s your limits to make sure you get as much function and mobility as possible.
I’m sure by the time my shoulder therapy is completed. She will have me back to work and able to live my normal active life!

We were welcomed by the front office staff immediately upon entering the building. Our waiting period was very short. The triage/intake nurse was kind. He thoroughly went over all of the new patient paperwork. Dr. Gardner was wonderful. He was professional, humerus, knowledgeable, and very respectful. Dr. Gardner explained what was going on to where we could understand everything and make an informed decision. He worked with us to have physical therapy and job restrictions as necessary and as we felt comfortable. Overall, wonderful visit.
