Giving one star because I can’t give zero. Bedside manner is rude and cold. Came in for a rash (contact dermatitis) and Dr Ghohestani walks in and without introducing himself to me or welcoming me, looks at me and says you need to take your clothes off. Rude!! And the only place that I had the rash was on my neck. He was not warm and inviting. Didn’t feel anything but coldness. Then they tried to sell me $600 of products that I didn’t need for the rash. And that would be a reoccurring $300 a month to keep up. Ridiculous practice! I won’t be going back to him.

Did not feel like the doctor cared at all to hear my questions and try to answer them. I was interested in different oral or topical prescription strength treatments for acne but the doctor focused on selling his products/treatments instead. I tried explaining that I have tried a lot of different things with no success but the doctor overlooked it. Staff and doctor were friendly but not worth the wait. Won’t be going back and will be looking into a second opinion.

Showed up on time for appointment . Waited a hour for Dr Show up. Came in like I was a inconvenience to his lunch time. Stood the whole time and gave me quick answers. Came for a Dr's advice and felt like they took my money for a 7 min consultation. Office didnt call in the prescription the 1st time. I canceled my follow up and never returning .

Horrible experience. I went there for a consultation for keloid treatment, booked my appointment for 8am and didn’t see the doctor till almost 8:50am. Saw him for about 5 minute and was charged for 154 dollars on the spot. I didn’t receive any treatment or give permission to any further treatments/medications/consultations. , but was charged another amount of 142.7 dolllors about 3 weeks later. I will call them Monday and ask for an explaination and come back to update my review.

Terrible experience. Dr. Raza was very rude and tried to sell me other stuff, rather than what I had paid for. He told me that the 40 units I had purchased with a Groupon were not as good as the cheaper stuff he was trying to substitute. I told him that I knew the product and had been using it for 10 years. He tried to make fun of me. When I first came in to the front office, there were a few certificates, accolades, but not a Dr. Certificate I was told it was in his office. I didn't see one, so I asked him where he had graduated from and he seemed offended. He also tried to sell me a lot of product, when I protested, he told me that he was the Dr. and that he knew better. I was not about to spend hundreds of more dollars and told him so. He told me that we were not going to get along, and I agreed. He didn't really want to take the Groupon voucher for 40 units of Xeomin, he wanted me to get something different. The front office, had no idea how to redeem the Groupon voucher. I had also gone in to be seen for Vitiligo. Dr. Raza said that he was not going to treat me and to get my money back. I totally agreed. I didn't want to do business with such a rude and pushy person. Avoid this place. It's a money pit. Does not deserve even one star, but can't post this without one.

I am so confused at all the good reviews. This is the second bad expierence we have had. My wife has has her Botox scheduled for a month now due to wanting to get it done closer to our Bahama trip.....she has been waiting in the lobby for little over a hour and left our office to make appointment. Whole point of making a appt is so you don't have to wait ridiculous times. I am literally blown away with the lack of care they have for their patients. We paid for 40 units of botox which wasn't cheap to recieve this kinda of expierence. I think the Dr. Himself answered the phone when I called which is crazy where is his staff? Will definately be the last time we go here!!! Unbelievable

Best experience I ever had. The office is full of customers so count on to be there for an hour. I got my Dysport 2 weeks ago. Amazing results. I ended up movements but no lines, I looks so natural. Dr is very thorough and professional. Staff are kind and caring. Highly recommended.

All I can say...a scam. I went with my Mom upon recommendation of a friend this past summer for both of us. He tried to sell us his product skincare line instead of checking moles for carcinoma/melanoma. I went for a second option about a basal cell carcinoma removal and he never actually gave me a treatment plan but educated me on his skincare line . We left, never to return. Got my carcinoma removed from another dermatologist. 7 months later I get billed for entire visit (I am fully insured) and when I called they claimed my claim was denied since I'm uninsured. Huh? I've been insured with my employer for the past 6 years ...same insurance.. Just spend an hour on the phone with my insurance care advocate...there is no claim from them , ever, and they sent me an email they billed my credit card on FILE! I never left a card on file, but they had record of the card I used to pay my Co-pay....for a claim they never SUBMITTED. This is literally illegal practice or the admin didn't know how to file a claim, or lied to me. This is seriously scary stuff. Never had this happen to me before. Unless you want a cosmetic procedure done by his skincare line..avoid AT ALL COSTS. You will pay for this visit...trust me.
