Over the years I have seen many ophthalmologists for my eye issues and fortunately for me I found Dr. Kim. He is the epitome of professionalism. He has consistently provided expert care with kindness, knowledgeable skill, and persistence. He hasn’t given up on me and my eyes. I’m very grateful for his outstanding care. I always leave feeling lucky to have founded him. He listens, is thorough, is friendly, and attentive. Sometimes I get recommendations for other doctors, but why would I consider. I’m with the best. His staff is also very friendly and caring.

The Terry and Kim Eye Institute provided an outstanding experience from start to finish! After completing the paperwork, I was promptly taken in for my routine eye exam—no waiting around, which was wonderful. The friendly technician who assisted me made me feel completely at ease and alleviated my initial nerves.

I had previously been told by another eye care provider that I might have amblyopia, which left me feeling uncertain and anxious about potential long-term implications. However, Dr. Khamis (Optometrist) and Dr. Bussel (Ophthalmologist) completely turned things around for me.

Dr. Khamis was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a clear and reassuring way. Dr. Bussel was equally knowledgeable and friendly, offering detailed analysis and answering all my questions with patience and care. Together, they reassured me and confirmed, after further evaluation, that I did not have amblyopia as I’d feared.

Thanks to their expert care, I left with a precise prescription for eye correction and complete peace of mind. I cannot recommend Dr. Khamis, Dr. Bussel, and the entire team at Terry and Kim Eye Institute highly enough. If you’re looking for compassionate, top-tier eye care, this is the place to go!

Rude, rude, rude. I would NOT recommend this place. They don't return calls even though on their out going voicemail they say they will return calls by the end of the day but DON'T. I even complained to the doctor and he didn't seem to care. Then I get a bill when I checked out to pay $60 so I questioned it and they credited me but then I get another bill in the mail for another $60? I have been calling for 2 weeks now and they don't return my call. I might have to call it insurance fraud. Also, they have the worst wait times even with a appointment. What's the point if you have an appointment and you have to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor

Extremely rude staff. I had to call to change my appointment date and the receptionist put me on a long hold for no reason. She was very curt and hung up the phone while I was still talking. Definitely will not be going back.
