Dr. Dinetz along with the lovely nurses at the Lake Nona nemours children’s Hospital helped us do a baked egg food challenge for my daughter. This was done at the hospital so we were a little apprehensive, but it was honestly the best experience. We were able to use a wing that was currently not being used and had ample space for my rambunctious one year-old to walk around and run around to get energy out in between bites of her muffin with egg in it. And Dr Dinetz and the nurses were so helpful and attentive and cautious and compassionate and empathetic and answered all of our questions. Every interaction we have with Dr. Dinetz is great and he answers every question I have, which there are many! we are thankful for his guidance around navigating our daughters allergies! And hope that other people can utilize the in office allergy challenge opportunities as we were so glad to have been able to use it and hope to use it again in the future for her lightly baked egg challenge next year!

We live about an hour and a half away from Nemours in Orlando, and I decided to take my daughter to see Dr. Dinetz at the Lake Nona location after a not so great experience with one of our more local allergists. I love when a doctor takes his/her time with you, and that’s exactly what he did. Even though it was later in the day, and his nurses were even about to leave, he was not in any sort-of rush with us. He was very thorough, genuinely interested in what I had to say, answered any questions I had and he himself asked a lot of questions back—which I appreciate. Very educated and experienced when it comes to allergies. Helped me have a better understanding of what is going on with my daughter. The best part—he was funny! My daughter is rather quiet and he made a few jokes that made the both of us laugh and lightened the mood. I wish all doctors were as fun and patient as Dr. Dinetz!
