If I could give no stars I would. My son has been coming to this Dr. Since has 2 (he’s 13 now). Lately appointments are always an issue, they rescheduled my appointment at the last minute and then messed up the time they gave it to me for. I always make morning appointments since it’s over an hour drive for me, I arrived 25 minutes before my appointment time to tell me my appointment was moved to the afternoon, which is impossible since I have to pickup my daughter from school. Instead of being apologetic and accommodating they refused to see my son and Dr. Cullen didn’t even have the courtesy to speak to me when I asked to speak with him. Worst experience I’ve ever had from a Dr. Took my sons records and already found a new neurologist.

Dr. Cullen is a man of integrity. He is a rare gem of knowledge and experience that will do well by your child. Pediatric Neurologists are in demand and the field has limited specialists so you might have to wait for an appointment - but it is not their fault. It is the demand. He is well worth the wait and will guide you and the care of your child in the very best way. I highly recommend Dr. Cullen and the care he provides.

He saw my son right after he was diagnosed and came to the same diagnosis as the previous Neurologist. Iam giving 2 start because just cuz the girls that work in his office are great. There were so many contradictions in each appointment that I have had with this dr. I speak Spanish to my son at home and he is totally agains it like if a second language what a horrible thing ( mind you he was the one that recommended me in the previous appointment to just stick to the maternal language at this point) he got upset when my son wouldn’t follow directions when asked by him but would do it when asked by someone else. I found it rude and unprofessional, he doesn’t answer questions or clarifies concerns.

Unprofessional & not dependable. Dr. should probably retire if he is constantly sick or having "personal issues". Two appts made since Aug 2020 for my son both were cancelled due to Dr being sick or having issues to deal with at home. This is just ridiculous & unacceptable. Better off finding another provider

Dr. Robert F. Cullen, M.D. is a very experienced, kindness and professional neurologist-pediatrician who pay attention to the smallest details, and his assistant Marian is super sweet and friendly and dedicates all the necessary time to the patient.
I highly recommend his office 100%.
Pd: they were fully bilingual as needed

El Dr. Robert F. Cullen, M.D. es un neurólogo-pediatra muy experimentado, amable y profesional que presta atención a los detalles más pequeños, y su asistente Marian es súper dulce y amable y dedican todo el tiempo necesario al paciente.
Recomiendo encarecidamente su oficina al 100%.
Pd: eran completamente bilingües según fuera necesario

I am 50 years old and I went to dr Cullen when I was a kid and I felt safe with him my children went to him before we moved out of state he is by far the very best dr he knows his medical field well and I would trust him with everything he is wonderful with kids and his diagnosis is always street on I would not take my kids to NO other then DR Cullen

He is a fantastic physician, and a wealth of knowledge and experience. My son is better for having been treated by him.
