Don’t pick up the phones but quick to cut stuff . I won’t say all but most of them (ladies) are unprofessional. Hoffman and Enoch are rude . But Hoffman is probably the worst I’ve dealt with . No phone skills and don’t know how to talk to ppl .They need to do better .I’ve had better assistance from the men !! This office need to do better . They can be more friendlier and helpful. If you hate your job just quit don’t take it out on other people !!

Not exactly sure who picked up the phone but it sounded like I was talking to an angel? She helped me renew my benefits. (I was redirected to phone lines by calling DHS SNAP Hotline)

I'm very impressed with my case worker she was very kind and caring because she called me that I had to submit my paper work. Sometimes else would just cut it off so I really appreciate her. Thank you very much ?

This place is huge! U can park on the street planty of space on the street. I was there on a Friday they weren't that busy! I took a number and was called in after less than 10 minutes. The agent behind the window who helped me was really nice. She listened to my issue and told me she is gonna talk to her supervisor and she came back after less than five minutes and told me. They will fix the issue that I had and I should hear from them in few days and is I didn't she provided me with a number to call and follow up. Everyone was friendly and nice. I had no issues they took care of my issue and I didn't feel disrespected or anything. I'm not sure why people write such bad reviews. My advice to everyone just go to the office with ur issues in person. I had a pleasant experience.

My husband and I went to apply for foodstamps. We were directed to fill out an application however, they do not process them after 4. We left our application for the following day to be reviewed. We were kindly assisted with our questions and were able to finish up quickly. It is now clean with nice restrooms. Everyone was courteous and helpful.

Mrs. Saunders Brown was very patient with me and I really appreciate that. You can tell she actually likes helping people. She was sooooo graceful. I would’ve gave 5 stars but the other lady was a bit irritated and dismissive I didn’t get her name I mean I didn’t care to after she acted like I was getting on her nerves. Also they had me sitting there for like a hour and some change just for the lady to say she called my name when she didn’t! I was sitting in the waiting area the whole time never not once left out or used the bathroom NOTHING! They need a loud speaker or need to say NAMES AND NUMBERS LOUDER!

Своеобразное местечко. Из минусов не работает ксерокс, всё такое не очень чистое. Из плюсов- не плохое отношение и месторасположение. Опять же я была там такая одна ?‍♀️, и меня по таллону просто не вызвали. Если бы не охранница, которая просто взяла за руку и повела по окошкам я бы там сидела до сих пор. Услуги оказали, за что спасибо.
