Honestly, Felicia is definitely on another level when it comes to patient care. I wish she could be my everything Doctor. She listens and shows care for her patients. She makes the entire Pain Management experience pleasant and welcoming. Her bedside manner should be bottled and sprinkled on every Doctor, everywhere. Doctor Baird is super inviting, makes you feel important and is just kind!! I couldn't ask for a better team, during this ridiculous time I'm going through. I highly recommend them.

Avoid this Dr. at all costs. I really needed to see a neurologist for some symptoms I have been experiencing from a fall with a head injury. I made sure to ask even before setting the appointment if they could help me because I had been turned away by another neurosurgery group because they said I needed to be diagnosed and referred for surgery. These people just saw dollar signs, apparently, and set the appointment. They ordered scans, but not the right scans and also refused to look over scans taken immediately after the injury for comparison. They ended up defrauding my insurance company for three specialist office visits with no diagnosis or treatment plan but asked if I wanted pain meds every time I called. I didn’t meet “ Dr” Baird until the final office visit and was way less than impressed. He is both petulant and arrogant and got angry and stomped off because I had to call my bank after his office staff couldn’t seem to collect my co pays. He came in and I was on the phone and he stomped out like a little girl. So self important but not caring that in two previous “ office visits” I had received no diagnosis, didn’t ever meet with him which partially explains why he had no clue what was going on. He never did do the actual visit. Never showed me my scans, especially the brain scan which was the one I was most concerned about. His PA on the second “ tele visit” in which they called about 6:30 PM on their commute home told me they needed to do multiple invasive procedures( stent for hydrocephalus, pins in my neck and eventual back surgery), which Baird totally denied when I unfortunately had the displeasure of meeting him.Total run around, and I reported them to my insurance. I am also considering a complaint to the Medical board. Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE!
Their response is both rude and inappropriate because I asked the scheduler if I was contacting someone who could help me. In the initial “ consultation” which Baird chose not to attend, I clearly stated my needs and the reason for my visit. Instead of expressing( second chance) that they could not help me they continued to book appointments and ordered imaging. Sounds like insurance fraud to me so I reported them to BCBS. An ethical physician would have explained at the consult why I was in the wrong place and ideally referred me elsewhere.

My wife made an post-MRI appointment with Dr. Clinron Baird based on a referral from her primary care physician for a critical spine issue. We showed up, registered with the reception to see Dr. Baird, waited in the exam room and then a physician's assistant came in. Asked a bunch of questions and history of the condition. Did not touch or examine my wife. Then said she will discuss with Dr. Baird and let us know what he thinks. We asked are we not seeing Dr. Baird? the answer was "oh no, Dr. Baird only comes to clinic once a month".

No one ever told us while making the appointment, while registering, during nurse triage... that while we made an appointment to see Dr. Baird... that we will only be meeting with his physician's assistant.

We will go see another doctor.

Pinched nerve and unable to walk without excruciating pain for over a year. Pain was located between L3 and S1, Dr Baird operated on my back and I have fully recovered with no pain and enjoying life again. Outstanding doctor and surgeon.

Very unorganized, they told my wife she had a video appointment, then got mad at her when she didn't show up in person. They said they would talk to the provider and let her know about what could be done about the missed appointment, as she recently had spinal surgery and Dr. Baird was the doctor managing her pain. After she waited for hours and them not answering her calls back, I called myself to see what was being done. They had no more information, just said they would talk to the provider again about what could be done for now, and we scheduled an in person appointment for a week away. Finally, after a whole day of trying to get answers, we got in contact with Dr. Baird. Instead of rectifying an obvious miscommunication made by his team, Dr Baird chose instead to say "he doesn't deal with complaints". He did at least refill her perscription for a week until the next visit. She then left a well deserved 1 star review and Dr. Baird called her and chose to retract the prescription she needs for her pain because of the review. Very unprofessional. Try owning and fixing your mistakes next time.

Dr. Baird is fantastic. Exceedingly professional and no nonsense, exactly what I want in my neurosurgeon. I knew I was in great hands from the very beginning.
