I know this will sound crazy to people looking for a surgeon to do a spine surgery, however I believe Dr. Lee Saved my LIFE! My 2 surgeries were May of 2024 & June of 2024. Any other surgeon would have completed the 1st surgery & figured that due to my age and condition that I just had bones that were soft and in horrible shape. However Dr. Lee felt there was more to my story & sent the lab samples of my soft bone material. And he was correct. It was discovered that I had a Bacterial infection that had started where my old loose hardware had been placed 20+ years ago From an L5 -S1 Surgery. Dr. Lee then went in and completed a 2nd surgery to basically scrape out the soft mushy infecteted bone (technical term is debridement (?)I think) to replace it with fusion/fresh healthy bone. This was also not a small surgery. It was a Scoliosis surgery from T4 all the way down & connected to my pelvis & I am 66 years old. This is also recovering from my 2nd surgery in 3 weeks. I am 22 days postop and I can not imagine feeling any better then I do. Dr. Lee Set me up with an infectious disease specialist who put me on IV Antibiotics and the Bacteria is going away quickley!! I will never have another spine surgery without having Dr. Lee. There are so many other details I won't bore you with here but if you are in need of a spine surgery and you have the possibility of using Dr. Lee, look no further...This Doctor cares about his patients and their outcomes. He listens & gives you answers you can understand.

Dr Richard Lee gave me my life back after he performed the back surgery on my lumbar region recently.
I went from not able to walk for weeks to walking out of the hospital after surgery on my feet.
He has amazing surgical skills and confidence that earned his 5 star review.
I don’t take walking for granted anymore! Dr Lee is a true miracle worker. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Lee is a great surgeon who has worked with me very professionally on three of my five back surgeries, each leading to fusions. My fourth was performed by another doctor who ignored various symptoms that called for a fifth. Through an MRI ordered by another doctor and seeing the results of an electromyography I immediately returned to Dr. Lee. At this point, I am two weeks and 1 day out of surgery and healing and moving very well.

My wife saw Dr. Richard Lee a few days ago. Dr. Lee didn't provide any feedback to my wife regarding her case. In addition, we requested to talk to him over the phone for her case explanation but the nurse told us he couldn't make it. We also tried to request for office visit report but the online platform they provided didn't work based on the token they provided.

I also tried to communicate with the office multiple times. All the people that I spoke to just tried to weasel out of the responsibility. Both Dr. Richard and Nurses lack of professionalism. Don't use Richard Lee as your Orthopedist!!!!

I am another one of Dr Richard Lee's success stories. I recently had a most complicated spine surgery. Dr Lee explained the situation, the procedure, the complications and the anticipated outcome. He was there for me, every step of the way. He is kind, he listens. He answers honestly. I was amazed to hear hospital staff calling him the superstar of complex surgeries and that HE is the one they would chose if they had spine issues. My outcome is better than expected and that is largely due to his skills, experience, and training. His training alone is impressive!!! Dr Lee has helped put me on a path for a quality of life I thought was out of reach.
Dr Lee is my hero !!!!

I had my spine operation Aug. 28, 2017 & am very happy with the outcome. Dr. Lee is an excellent doctor, very caring & always concern about my questions. Have never had a doctor stay so in touch with his patient. The surgery was very successful. Today is my 2nd week & am walking without a walker, just need my support belt for now. So happy with Dr. Richard Lee.

I was so afraid of having surgery on my neck due to bone spurs pushing in on a nerve. This caused me to have increadiin numbness in my right arm and hand and so much pain! Dr Lee confidence in his discussion with me and his honesty about my chances of full recover was a great help to me. I felt like I was in very good hands with Dr. Lee. From The Day of the surgery until today, I'm still recovering, I've had so much support from him and his team. My surgery was a complete success and for that I'm so grateful to God and the skills of Dr. Richard Lee and his incredible staff.

This surgeon is fantastic! Dr. Lee and his team performed a very complicated surgery on my daughter, who had a severe back deformity. The results are remarkable!! We truly feel blessed to have found a surgeon who was willing and able to correct my daughter’s massive back curvature. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee.
