We had our company retreat there. The building is very nice, very calm and inviting. They have a zen garden on the 2nd floor with a small library of Buddha's teachings. Very nice place.

UPDATE (See below): Their service is terrible. It takes weeks to get an available service tech and next to impossible to get someone to return a phone call or email. I have always held Mitutoyo brand in high regard, almost exclusively purchasing their products but our Form Tracer and Form Scan has been useless for the last two years. If this brand is the best in the industry, it doesn't say much about the rest of the suppliers.

UPDATE: I want to thank Tony P for coming out and resolving our issue and making himself accessible to our company. He provided some top notch training for our staff and also resolved another issue we were having with our Form Scan. His visit purpose was not to repair our machine or provide training but to re-establish the confidence I have always experienced with this brand. Tony S made himself available as well and has provided some valuable feedback...and right away. Now THAT is customer service. Thank you to everyone...Great Job to the leadership as well.

I was at Mitutoyo for training. What a great group of people. Very professional but friendly enough to approach anyone for anything. The trainer was awesome, as were the others that I came in contact with. I would recommend their training programs for anyone in the calibration field.

It's been almost 3 weeks since I contacted the Mitutoyo in Aurora,
to install and calibrate CMM, but we were never given a service date,
we sent the payment as soon as we received the quote (which took more then 2 weeks to receive)
Our emails are answered in 2-3 days at best after repeated letters,
Your guys work even slower than DMV
It was a big mistake to buy a Mitutoyo CMM
the next CMM will definitely be from Zeiss

This is a big facility! It was a little tricky figuring out where to go to pick up an order, but everyone was super friendly and helpful.
