I came here for my first ever massage. The staff were super friendly and helpful over the phone when scheduling my appointment, and were also great when I went in and answered any questions I had. Amy did my massage and she made sure I felt comfortable and that she was using the right amount of pressure. The massage was relaxing and she was super fun to chat with. I got the hot stones elevation and it was great. I would definitely come back!

Darryl is the best! I appreciate how attentive she is during my massages. She is able to tell what areas need more attention and takes care of them each time. She is very knowledgeable about how everything works together in the body. Can’t recommend her enough!

She started the session by asking me questions to understand which areas were a concern and that I wanted her to focus on. I work in front of the computer most of the day so my shoulders, back and neck were the issue. I felt much better after the 1 hour massage. I prefer the 90 minute session which is what I booked for next time

I've been a member for a couple of years and have been very happy. Very clean, can't remember ever having a bad massage (some are better than others), app makes scheduling easy if you plan far out, front staff is very friendly. Would be 5 stars except for 2 things that bother me. 1. The constant upselling of aromatherapy, hot stones, foot scrub, facials, etc. 2. They have tipping charts that state the fair market values and it is soooo inflated. It says a 90 minute massage has fmv of $240!!!! If you are paying $240 for a 90 minute massage you are at a spa or resort, you are changing into fluffy robe and slippers, you are waiting in a dark meditation room with your feet soaking in hot water bath, you are being offered tea and nuts and fruit, after your massage you are using the steam shower stocked with amazing products. You are not going straight to a massage room, stripping down, getting 80 minutes of massage and redressing in the same room.

Awesome help whether you walk in, call in or need a follow up call they are all handled and completed in a timely manner.
The entire experience there is wonderful, very clean with exceptional staff.

If you are looking to be in pain go here. Very unprofessional practice and caused me an injury in my neck. I have never had sharp nerve pain in my life until I went to this practice for relief of stress with a deep tissue massage. For going on 11 days I am now seeing the chiropractor daily and can hardly sleep or function. Came in for stress relief and relaxation and now I am suffering medical bills to fix this. Spoke to manager La La and was told it must have been some underlying issue and was hung up on. Disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least.
