Unfortunately, I found the practice to be quite unorganized and lacking communication. They make you show up even though the appointment is not necessary. On a positive note, the rooms were clean, but I felt uncomfortable with the broken blinds or gaps in the windows, which they expected me to get undressed front of. This experience left me with mixed feelings. I will continue to see them till I can find a better practice close to me.

Even though i had met PA first to fast process to see Dr. Maragh and get the treatment right away. They again scheduled me another consultation. I wonder if i will ever get the treatment.

So hard to schedule. Literally, the earliest appointment i can schedule with Dr. Maragh is April which is 4 months away. I had to see PA but they weren't helpful. I was expecting to see the doctor and do the same day procedure but they had me wait for availability which is months away. My PA also really rushed during consultation.

Stay away from this place! This place is Scam! I would give "-1" Star if I could

1) I have been a patient at the Ashburn location for the past 2 years. While it was previously "difficult" to get a timely appointment, the availability of multiple "same-day appointment" openings now suggests "fewer patients" are choosing this practice, likely due to the "concerning" experiences shared in other reviews.

2) Unnecessary Follow-up Appointments:
After undergoing a biopsy, the office wanted schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss the diagnosis, instead of conveying the information via phone or patient portal (which I asked multiple times). This seems to be a tactic to "charge an additional copay". By requesting the biopsy results be uploaded to the portal, I was able to access my diagnosis without incurring an unnecessary office visit fee.

3) Despite paying my copay, with an FSA card, during my initial visit, I continued to receive messages requesting payment. On 08/29/2024, I contacted Valerie Rodriguez from billing department ([email protected]) and provided screenshots as proof of successful payment. However, the office still claims no record of the charge after 2 months and persists in sending payment requests. "This level of DISORGANIZATION is UNACCEPTABLE" and unprecedented in my experience"

4) The practices of this dermatology office appear focused on maximizing REVENUE at the expense of patient care and satisfaction. The billing department's INABILITY to properly record and acknowledge payments is -- "highly" concerning.

5) I advise potential patients to carefully consider their options, before entrusting their "time, money, and health" to this practice. Sadly, I cannot recommend this dermatology office based on my experiences.

I have been coming to this practice for several years and always have a great experience with the staff, technicians, and of course, Dr. Maragh. There is great energy, professionalism, and everyone is eager to help. I’m so glad my doctor referred me here!

My daughter went in for an appointment for a skin cancer concern. She paid a $70 co-pay to be looked at for less than 2 mins and they didn’t even acknowledge her concern or listen to her expressing that the mark on her has changed size, shape and color.
So disappointed.

My first experience with Dr. Maragh was great. She removed a cyst off the right side of my face. Today I went in to have a scalp mole removed and literally waited 30 mins. I had to check to see if she was running on time, and was told that she wasn’t. The older lady that checked me in should’ve told me that. When i again went up to inquire about the time, the old lady ignored me and kept staring at the calendar on her screen, mind you no one was standing in front of her. I ended up telling a nicer receptionist, who I think was new, that I was leaving and will have to find another dermatologist because I’m not subjecting myself to the rudeness and inconsideration anymore. She genuinely apologized. It sucks because I really liked Dr. Maragh, but that old lady leaves a lot to be desired as a receptionist.

Everyone from the office that I’ve encountered is amazing. Taylor, the PA, I usually see takes time to answer my questions during our visits. Dr. Maragh was wonderful!

Had a wonderful experience here! Everyone was wonderful. The medical assistants seemed to really engage with the patients, which was great too. Can’t wait to come back 🙂
