Really great patient experience. Easy to schedule follow up appointments, really clear on cost before committing to a plan, nice communication via a text service. I got medically necessary contact lenses, which has involved 3 appointments so far. Would definitely recommend this practice to people with eye issues.

I am so grateful to have found Mann. I am now on Medicare and they were on the Cigna website offering services. I do not live here, yet felt very much at home there. The site is beautiful and the staff outstanding. From checking in through checking out, everyone was kind and helpful. My exam was thorough and precise. I never felt rushed. Choosing my new glasses was such a wonderful experience, as Nicole took the time to help me. Thank you to the entire staff at Mann Eye Institute for a grand experience.

Greatly appreciated the levels of professionalism and skills exemplified throughout the facility. My mom is 91 years old. She has cognitive and hearing issues. Everyone was so very kind and patient with her. I am greatly appreciative for her experience and care provided.

Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and walked me through each process. The receptionist was very welcoming and made me feel right at home upon entering. During the eye exam I was walked through each step, notified why they were doing or asking for certain things, etc. Not much of a wait time.
I didn't particularly like their eye glasses selection so I opted to not purchase any. However, they were super detailed in explaining my plan and what I should do to get the most for my buck.

My experience here has been nothing short of awesome!! Everyone at the office is friendly and professional. I recently had lens replacement surgery on both eyes. I am still recovering but amazed how well I can see already. I'm a big wimp when it comes to any surgery.....but these guys make it easy and painless! This pic was taken 4 days after my surgery......

The offices are very clean and the team was professional. They laid out exactly what was going to happen and what was happening during each part of the procedure. The overall process flowed very smoothly and didn’t feel like it was long at all. My initial consultation was also very good and they were thorough in the exam and explaining to me my options. I was very impressed with this office and my experience.
