They are the WORST, I have been trying to get my daughter her survey for the about a 2 WHOLE MONTH. Can never get a LIVE PERSON to answer and when I do get a LIVE PERSON they seem to say they can’t help me and they need to transfer me. As they do transfer me I get a VOICEMAIL and left LOTS OF VOICE MAILS for a certain person that I guess is the ONLY one that handles my daughter surgeon schedule she is NEVER at her desk or does NOT return messages. This place was recommend and high HIGH STARS AND REVIEWS but I guess in my case it was just WRONG timing . I guess it REALLY does matter what INSURANCE you have to get better service which is very sad. I hope when we FINALLY do see the DR and GET the procedure done that we will see how that goes.

I will give a 5 star because the people here are awesome. Except one of the X-ray tech that tried to take my daughter pictures. My daughter has autism & other disabilities so she doesn't like anything being done to her even if it's just taking her temperature. So anyways my daughter was being non-compliant and pulling away & this lady was pulling my daughter by the arm that was fractured. I kept going towards her to let her go but she kept grabbing my child. There were other techs walking in because my daughter was screaming in pain. So when we saw the doctor I told the doctor I don't like the way that lady was pulling my daughter arm. She said I will have a talk with her!. Other than that we had a great experience. I just think that if people don't have patience for kids especially ones with disabilities they shouldn't be in that job.

Walked in at 3:20 pm and left by 5pm they treated me with urgency ( I initially thought I sprained my ankle) I was able to get my X-rays within the first 30 minutes of me being there. The doctor followed up within the first 15 minutes of me waiting in the clinical room, and I received my treatment I kid you not 5 minutes after receiving my diagnosis. All staff spoke Spanish and were able to accommodate my Spanish speaking parent.I absolutely loved my experience here! Def come here

Back in August 2023, my daughter broke her ankle. Its been a year and I can not express how greatfull I am. Place is clean, updated, modern. Staff is well trained and efficient. The check In to consultation process runs smooth and quick and you can tell management its working.
The doctors were very caring and seemed experienced. The nurses as well. The technicians that took xray, put and remove the cast were the same thing. Overall, my experience here was great. God forbid my kids from getting injured again, but if that happens, I am coming here again.

Extremely inconvenient that the orthopedic doctor is only there Mondays and only takes appointments in the morning.. I missed one appointment and now I have to wait up to 4 weeks to reschedule and the staff I was on the phone with said I’m being accounted for letting his cast stay on too long.. I asked her to refer me somewhere I can take my child to sooner but they wouldn’t do that, according to her all the kids are sent to their facility only.

If your minor has a broken anything PLEASE take them here. The soft gentle touch with great knowledge when it comes an injured child is so comforting as a parent. My child broke her ankle in two places and she received the best care, I couldn’t have asked for anything better than the service we received here. And we Love Dr. Beck?
