Drs are thorough and nice but the MA, or whomever they having doing call backs from Dr Varghese has a bad attitude. I saw Savannah and she told me all the paperwork was complete. This lady called back and wouldnt even let me say what I was advised. I need my medical clearance ASAP for surgery. I didnt even ask what the turn around tome was because people like that be nasty for no reason. Anyway customer service is down the drain now adays so be prepared for nasty attitude.

Horrible experience with Berta Collins from that billing department. She doesn’t like black customers. Tried telling some lie about how they are changing their “accounting firm” all to delay my refund for an overpaid bill. In fact my entire experience was very uncomfortable. I don’t know how any black can work there. So sad in 2024

This review is not of the staff or doctors, but of the building. My mother is in a wheelchair and can hardly use her arms. Why do the doors here not have handicap buttons to open the doors? Primarily, I see elderly and disabled people here. Can someone take a slight cut in salary to get handicap accessible doors? How does a medical facility not have these on their doors?

They Make you wait over 2 hours over your appointment time no customer service on letting you know how long what the problem or keeping you informed about the delay my husband was following up after hospital surgery visit with oxygen machine going out so sad.

This is one of the best Doctors Offices of any kind anywhere in the medical world. Very professionally run, from appointments, checking, wait times, insurance and payments, test and prescription refills. That includes all the Nurses and everyone you come in contact with . Then the Doctors!!! What and incredible group of caring, intelligent, degrees galore yet nice and real Doctors.They are in it to heal. They work as a Team . They treat you as a person, passionate and compassionate . Plus some one is always on call!

This was my first visit to The Heart Center of North Texas, and every aspect of my visit was impressive to exceptional. The appointment notification system was very effective. Every member of the staff at check-in were prompt, courteous and efficient. Having received a link to the patient registration documents early expedited the visit. That was a very welcome process, and one I had not experienced at any other initial visits to a medical provider. Once I began the initial on-boarding process, every member of the medical staff was professional, attentive and confident. I was made fully aware of the purpose of each step of the process and any questions I had were addressed fully. After being seated in the examining room, Dr. Newman arrived quickly. He took a remarkably thoroughly history and explained the significance of each portion of his physical examination as we proceeded. He developed both a short-term and long-term plan for my medical care and ensured that I was included in many aspects of the planning. He was both friendly and engaging. At the conclusion of the examination, I proceeded to the patient check-out. The process was again professional, friendly and courteous. My experience can be summed up simply: I was treated like a VIP.
