I was diagnosed with a labrum tear and a supraspinatus tear in my shoulder. A previous doctor had advised that surgery was my only option for recovery. However, after visiting F95 two weeks ago, my perspective completely changed. The strength training and mobility exercises here have been incredible. In my opinion, I no longer need surgery. I'm back at the gym and nearly fully recovered.
Additionally, the physiotherapists and staff members are highly experienced and exceptionally polite. I highly recommend F95 to anyone seeking effective and professional care!

I'm a professional cricketer and I had been going there for two months for strength training and rehab. The results were amazing! I'm feeling much more energetic on and off the field. Special thanks to my trainer Rahul Singh . The physiotherapists were friendly and made me feel comfortable during my sessions. I would highly recommend this physiotherapy center to anyone looking for treatment.The trainers were super friendly and helpful. They explained every exercise clearly and made sure I was doing it right. I've seen a huge improvement in my strength since I started coming here! The atmosphere is really motivating, everyone is so supportive.The physiotherapy treatments were effective in reducing my pain and improving my mobility .

Superb place for Physiotherapy in Raipur. Soumit & complete team are doing great job. Each patient is given good attention and hence the recovery of any injury is fast.
Best is everyone is lively and happy which reduces the pain there itself & helps in fast recovery.

My experience at F95 is fantastic. Every doctor who attended me was highly professional. I would like to comment about Dr. Shruti, who had taken all the efforts to help me get my gut more strengthened time and again. It is her untiring efforts that I got a very good health which I had dreamt of.

I thank Dr. Saumitra who took so much time from his extremely busy schedule to take care of my body and mind. It was a wonderful experience at F95 Physiotherapy. Trainer Durgesh Yadav was the best at Stretching. It was a wonderful experience with Trainer Durgesh Yadav. Super First Class Hospitality was provided by Poonam Didi also at F95.

I wish you all the success in your life. I hope that very soon there would be one centre of F95 at Mumbai also, which will help Mumbaikars get a very good health.

I have been coming to F95 for the last 2 months for strength training and rehab. And I am quite happy with the results. My trainer RAHUL SINGH and doctor ANSHUMAN SHUKLA are very good and there workouts are very effective. The other doctors here are also supercool. If anyone needs physiotherapy or strength training then I would recommend them to go to F95.

Doctor suggested me knee replacement. Ive been going 4 physiotherapy in F 95 physiotherapy and research centre for one month. Dr Himanshu koshley is helping me to strengthen of my knee muscles. He is very supportive, experienced and sincere physiotherapist. His effort is outstanding. I also followed diet chart of Durgesh sir for reduce my weight and lost 3kg wt in one month. There is very friendly and helpful environment. After a rush day at office, I feel very spirited to be there. All doctors r vivacious and supportive. I highly recommend F 95 for physiotherapy. I had a fantastic experience at the physiotherapy center. I was suffering from a massive backache and had a badminton tournament in ten days. Dr. Panushree and Dr. Saumitra worked wonders, helping me strengthen my muscles. Their expertise and personalized care were outstanding. Thanks to them, I was not only relieved of my pain but also able to participate in the tournament. The staff is professional, the environment is welcoming, and the results speak for themselves.
