Dr. Kramer has been my OB/GYN since 1995. He delivered my son who is now 21. I know he'll retire eventually and that will be a great loss for me and the Las Vegas community. He's an amazing Doctor. I wish Las Vegas was filled with physicians whom maintained as high a standards, compassion, and consistency as Dr. Kramer.

Well my overall experience at first was very frustrating! the medical staff saw me standing there as i walked up to the front desk and completely ignored me as if I wasn't even standing there and didn't even think to say to a least apologize for the wait and that someone will be with you shortly. But no I stood there for 15min as all the other assistance just see me and walk by. But besides that Im in alot of pain I was told in a week I would be getting a call for surgery scheduling and Im counting down the days because it hurts so bad. So today is the 7th I was seen on the 1st. I called the office like 5 times left a detailed msg, I would think for sure I would have a call back by today. This is not ok im literally in tears because I've been suffering for 9 years. But Dr. Kramer is so awesome! I would only recommend him.

Dr Kramer and his nurses are amazing , but the people who take care of the scheduling and answering services are just terrible and so rude .
