I recently had the opportunity to visit the Tucson Orthopedic Institute on several occasions, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. After years of seeing various spine specialists who were unable to provide me with much assistance, I was drawn to the institute due to its outstanding reviews. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint!
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Steven Curtin and his nurse practitioner, Crystal. From the moment I walked through the doors, their friendly and caring nature put me at ease. They took the time to truly listen to my concerns and answer any questions I had during each appointment. They always made me feel confident. Their knowledge and expertise in their respective fields were evident, and I felt confident in their ability to guide me through my medical journey.
What impressed me the most about Dr. Curtin and Crystal was their dedication to exploring all possible avenues before suggesting surgery. They exhaustively tried alternative methods to alleviate my pain, which other spine specialists had never even mentioned to me before. Unfortunately, due to the severe degeneration of my discs, surgery became the only viable option. However, their commitment to my well-being and their tireless efforts did not waver.
Throughout the entire process, Dr. Curtin and Crystal displayed exceptional bedside manners. During my hospital stay, they diligently checked on me every single day, ensuring that I was comfortable and well-cared for. Their assistance and kindness were invaluable, and I am truly grateful for their support.
