If know Dr. Angel San Roman since my son was 2 he’s now 35. Doc took amazing care of all my kids he’s been taken care of all my grandkids since they were born and they are now 10 years old. My family trust as I’ve have with my kids and their kids lives. The staff is always so helpful and they are well trained in customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this doctor and staff to take care of your Baby/kids medical needs.

It never occurred to me to review Dr.San Roman, but as my son and I embark on s new journey in a new state, its a must. We had our last appointment and a final hoo-rah. My son has been seeing Dr.San Roman since he was born ... literally! 2009,he is now 14 and in the 9th. Dr.San Roman, has always been pleasant, personable and it doesn't matter how long you've been away or how often he comes if you're his regular he'll remember you and the history. He was always right on the money with things especially a health scare that I went to mch/ st.nicks and it put us on the wrong road and eventually one Dr.caught what it might be and we took it back to the Dr. And his theory was spot on and tests confirmed it!

Between him and his dermatologist because his eczema especially was horrific, but Dr.San Roman, always siding and instructions were perfect and he healed up. It's so bittersweet and I wish we could remain with him until he would've aged out, but with life there's change. I highly, HIGHLY recommend. You really can't and won't go wrong. It should tell you a lot, we were with him 14years!

Dr. San Román was my pediatrician as well as my brothers, I now take my daughter and he is the best ever!!!! I recommend him to everyone I know who has little ones, he is so caring and knowledgeable at what he does. So easy to book an appointment, he makes sure my little one gets well everytime she is sick, he is amazing the staff is kind and has a positive attitude every time I go. I highly recommend 😃

Dr. San Roman was my brother and my pediatrician since I was 4 years old. Now I take my daughter to him. Wouldn’t trust any other doctor. He is proactive, if he suspects anything may be wrong he will always refer you to a specialist. Wonderful office staff and they always make time to see a patient even with the shortest notice. I live in Cutler Bay and make the drive to Coral Gables. Wouldn’t have it any other way.

This man was my pediatrician from the second day of birth, till my last check up at 19. He’s the best. I hope he’s around for my kids. Thank you Dr. San Roman and staff!

I made an appt over the phone as I always have before. So I show up there on what I thought was my appointment date/time (8am, right when they open) and they said I had my appointment mixed up and it was 2 weeks away. Ok, my mistake? however I drove an hour in traffic to get to them with a 2 month old baby in the car, after barely sleeping an hour so I could make the appointment and I’m here now. I let them know I was under the impression my appt was scheduled for today and asked them if they could please see us as we already made the drive here and my baby is having some issues with what I suspect is reflux as he is constantly fussy and grunting. They said no and said if the baby has reflux go see a gastroenterologist. Verbatim. Seriously?!?
I then mentioned he hasn't had his 2 month vaccines yet, can they at least do those today? No. Mind you, there's only1 other client in the lobby waiting who had walked in a minute before me, so they are not too busy to accommodate an additional patient especially one with medical concerns. Needless to say this is highly unethical treatment & I will never return here. You could at the very least try to send the baby some meds for the reflux or whatever the Dr suspects it is he has prior to and rather than just referring us to a specialist because now the baby has to wait for a few days with the reflux issue that barely lets him sleep. I would also like to mention that they are well aware the baby is uninsured and pay out of pocket, and still referred us to a specialist that we have to pay out of pocket for without even trying other options first! This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from this staff. So unprofessional, and straight up heartless to leave a baby in distress without even the slightest attempt at an accommodation.
The previous times I did see the doctor he was okay, I would not go as far as great as I felt rushed during the visit and my concerns were dismissed or not addressed at all. I also waited both times over an hour (with a confirmed appointment date/time and showing up early) to see the Dr for 5-10 mins. Take your business elsewhere.

We have been going to Dr. San Roman since our first son was born and that was 15 years ago. Amazing Doctor very knowledgeable, caring and professional at all times. The front Staff is very welcoming, attentative, caring and also extremely professional.

unprofessional place. This doctor refused to treat our son for a tick bite, and was going to send us to the ER, which is long wait times and costly. Only after strong objection did he do his job. What good is a physician who isn' there when you need him? His back office is an arrogant mess, big on attitude, and weak on performance.
