Rude, impertinent, and ridiculous. Book an appointment and be on time to be told that you are late and be scolded like a child. Some kind of God complex going on with a loss of grasp that they are providing a service and that you are the customer. A ridiculous number of texts and calls to remind you of an appointment that they then don't keep. And the procedure was unnecessary anyway! Scammers. Beware.

I would give this practice more than 5 stars if that was an option. I've been going here for years now. They're the nicest group of doctors and front office people you'll ever meet, and Doctor Behroozan is just awesome, both in his surgical skill and bedside manner. It's always a stress free experience without a long wait. Having an online patient portal and being able to confirm appointments via email link instead of phone is great too. Also, a (free!!!) parking lot is a perk in this area for sure.

Just be warned that this company collects your complete insurance info in great detail, thru their online appointment system, and allows you to book an appointment - but doesn’t determine whether they’ll accept your insurance, until you arrive. A woman named Irene said they “don’t have enough staff” to do that. So you could potentially travel there, just to be told they won’t see you. (That’s what happened to us - I booked an appointment for my patient - a week later he took a cab there, but was sent home due to “insurance rejection”). I can’t speak on their services, but it doesn’t seem like a company that’s particularly concerned about customers’ wasted time and inconvenience.

Christine is wonderful! I had some skin issues - peeling and flaky - back last summer and have tried many different ways but none seemed to work. After my first visit with Christine, my skin issues started to calm down. And after a few follow ups, my skin condition has improved tremendously and finally back to normal. Christine not only gives great treatments but also gives great skincare/products advices based on the client's skin type, condition, and needs. Highly recommend her!

Christine at Dermatology Institute of Southern California is wonderful. She is the best aesthetician I every had. Ever since I started getting regular facials with her my skin has improved dramatically. My skin used to look a bit dull, and I had some age-related discoloration. Now my skin looks much brighter and rejuvenated.
Likewise, Dr. Behroozan is a fabulous dermatologist. I have been seeing him regularly since 2019 for a variety of cosmetic problems. I tend to be on the conservative side when it comes to cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Behroozan is very understanding and kind and never suggests any over the top treatments. He takes a hands-on approach and never has his assistants perform any treatments.
I highly recommend both Christine and Dr. Behroozan. They richly deserve a five-star rating.

I adore Dr.Behroozan and his staff of incredibly sweet women. He has removed serious skin cancer from my nose and every doctor who sees it comments on the excellent work he has done. He is so honest and always tells you what is available and what would be best for me. He is calm, kind and so honest- traits which I appreciate. Beside that , he is an excellent and very highly skilled Dermatologist. I will remain his patient for life!!

First derm appointment in many years. Very happy with care received. Staff at the office were all professional friendly and welcoming. The office itself is lovely, esthetically designed, beautiful. Dr Behroozan was very kind took time to listened to my concerns. I did not feel rushed, he made some suggestions re products but did not feel pressured to accept treatments. Great experience!
