Dr Lambert, eye surgeon: Bedside manner, overall interest in helping patient beyond specific, assigned surgery, 0.

Clearly Dr Lambert has renowned expertise and vast experience, but these seem reserved for others (e.g. his students or clients he perceives have more money?). He addressed and cured my double-vision, for which I am very grateful.

This place is a joke. Arriving from 4 hours away there was no courtesy for the long trip or any troubles but they sure expect you to arrive on time & follow their rules. As someone who had brain surgery I was referred here. I was expected to what seemed like coordinate everything like it was my job to do so. What are these people even working then. I was told to contact this & that person but the least they can do is contact me instead I was ignored. After going to every appointment after all the stress of making the 4 hour drive this is how they treat someone, the least they can do is a courtesy call. I was supposed to get eye surgery the 12th of July it’s now August. I was told somebody would call to schedule a surgery date at the hospital but never got one. Even calling like I was told it felt like I was doing everything & they didn’t even bother to help. I had brain surgery so I’m relearning to walk, & you would think between doctors they would communicate with each other instead Scott Reed Lambert said “are you going to walk?”, Jeez you know Scott I’m trying. The last person I talked with was Araceli Martinez-Singh regarding pre surgery & I was left more confused. Everyone involved who I’ve mentioned like Natalie Anne Homer are super unprofessional & lack any respect for their patients. After months of appointments I was left astray so why not call them out. I mean its a month later, I don’t think they are going to call back or message. What a waste of time & gas. It’s sad when an establishment has 3.1 stars out of 5. Maybe it’s the staff.. no it’s definitely the staff. Get it together. Do not come here.

Went here for eye pain I have had for about 5 years. Doctor Christopher Or did a basic eye exam and this was billed as a medical appointment that was thousands of dollars. The doctor diagnosed me with dry eye and gave me eye drops. My optometrist did a more thorough assessment than this facility. Not only was it a waste of time but also a huge waste of money.

What is should be a simple ans streamlined process is not. It took heaven and earth to order a pair of contact lenses for my young son. My son is dependent on having these contacts for his vision. When they were finally ordered they sent the wrong pair (wrong Rx and everything).

I have been contemplating writing a review. And now is the time. As I have an appt at 9:15am and was told I wasn't on the schedule. After the lady checked my file sure enough she found the Dr had made the appt but the front desk had not written it in the schedule book!!? Was told I need to make sure the schedulers write it down!!!! Um. I spoke to them as I had in the past... so what else could I have done? But alas the dr will see me.

Shortly after check in I was called to get an eye test and eye pressure test by a technician. Then I was told to go back to the lobby to wait. The technician mentioned that Dr Lin wasn't in yet! Really? But it's 9:30 and my appt was 9:15. How couldn't he not be here? In addition I was informed that there are FIVE people waiting for him ahead of me!!! I mentioned the bad reviews about scheduling and the woman told me she knows and there's nothing they can do about it. That they probably just want the money.

On a positive note the Dr. and staff who attend in the rooms for pre appt are nice.

Lastly I had surgery on my eye FOUR months ago and it's worse than pre surgery! I have pain and it's very red every day. More than before. I don't know what happened but. I'm freaking out that I may need to get ANOTHER surgery. But I won't be doing it here!!!

I would just like to express my sincere thanks to Dr Jennifer Rose-Nussbaumer and her team at Byers ... they did an amazing job of my cataract replacement.

If someone is working on your eyes, you want the best, and Dr Rose-Nussbaumer and her team are exactly that...

I will be going back if/when my other eye decides to develop a cataract too!
