Hertz car rental fail to reinvorse my money after I return the car a week earlier than the end line. Let's refresh them their obligation and transparency. Other rentals mentioned that this is not normal, but here we are small victims of fraud. San Antonio Airport

Stand clear of Mike Rose and Alex Cisneros. These individuals are incompetent and have a subpar work ethic that might be acceptable to some who settle for less. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever been through. The best way I can explain my experience, is Mike Rose gathered the neighborhood kids to come over to earn some extra money for summer. Trial and error is the absolute worst practice to instill in your employees and daily business practice. Every job they attempted to repair, took them at least 3 times to get correct. The sad part is that they knew who to call to have the work done the right way, but didn’t do so until they realized more damage was being done than repairs and after every attempt, they would ask if it’s ok or would I accept the work. Every employee that entered my house had no clue or magnitude of the job at hand. I was asked several times by Alex Cisneros to settle for the cheapest possible work/job available which was always incomplete with several short cuts and extremely *UNSAFE*. Most of the time they were going in reverse until they realized they didn’t have the skills to go any further. The part that blew my mind was that he would send the same crew to do the work over. I was told several times by Alex and Mike that they were sending the same crew to my house because they were already paid therefore need to complete the work. Again, trial and Error……….. it blows my mind that they want to instill this work ethic in MY HOUSE! Please shop around if you find yourself in this predicament. This company was in the program with State Farm so I agreed to have them attempt the repairs.
Very sad, but I was able to come out on top with the help of other companies.
This company is a joke! I wish all that are with this company good luck and I pray you come out better than I did.

My experience with Bubble Bath Car Wash makes me wonder how they stay in business. My car was damaged at their San Pedro location on February 12 and after 10 phone calls, 2 emails and a personal visit to the location where my car was damaged, I was finally contacted via email by someone from management on March 14. Their response was basically that my 2020 BMW was old and that parts were subject to fly off in a car that old. I asked for a follow up in person meeting or a phone call. Radio silence.

Will’s All Pro Plumbing and Air Conditioning San Antonio Texas:

I called this company to fix my broken shower head assembly on Saturday. The technician said it was missing two screws and he had to reassemble once completed.

He showed me the price breakdown and due to this being a significant issue I willing paid for the service of $689. It didn’t sit well all weekend and I requested to speak to a manager.

The manager gave me his politically correct response and because I’m a veteran he then tried to give me some other offer but needed approval from the big boss. I asked about price of materials and labor for the current job but that’s not how they gauge the job.

Two screws, reassemble the shower housing unit, and the technician was completed in less than 30 minutes once he started the job. So this is how veterans are treated in the state of Texas which is a TOTAL RIP OFF for any consumer.

And to think I went overseas to Iraq and Afghanistan to fight for people and companies like this. It’s very shameful to know this company took advantage of a consumer trying to rectify a concern. Needless to say I will not be using this company in the near or distant future.

This operation is a scam. They are nothing more than Yelp with a tie. I fell into the same trap most people do when they join the BBB. Lots of promises about how they support small businesses. They double charged me each month for a year and I had to file complaints to get the overages returned. Then I received a review from a client that I refunded because she came in with her husband causing such a ruckus I had to call the police. She said in the review that we had the worst customer service and were dishonest but didn’t support the claim with any instance or facts. Just opinion. I called the BBB and asked them to remove the review under that pretense. They wouldn’t. They charge you and don’t support you when you need it. It’s so easy to get a disgruntled customer these days and it’s absurd that I’m going to pay for an avenue for them to hurt my business. BBB is a money scam “ in my opinion “.

The Texas Pool Man LLC resurfaced our pool this month and we are absolutely thrilled with the finished job. The owner, Albert, met with us and explained all the stages of the project and what to expect. We agreed to the terms and the workers could not have been better. They cleaned up at the end of each day and Albert visited the job every day. When work was completed and the pool was filled Albert returned and began the water balance process and returned every two days until the balance was perfect and he gave final instructions. If you're considering resurfacing your pool any time soon don't hesitate to call The Texas Pool Man and have him come give you the best advice on how to do the job. He's a man of his word!

I took out an extended warranty on my 2007 , Chrysler 300 on 04/23/2016 , my contract number is SBK011957 , I understood that I had a 30 day waiting period and I had a $100.00 deductible , the amount of $120.88 was to be deducted from my bank account on the 3rd of every month , which they have been doing . When the contact was written up the person who took down my information stated that my vehicle had around 112,032 miles on it which it didn't , it had less then 122,000 miles . My AC went out in May 2016 , took my car in to Busted Knuckle here in San Antonio , Texas to get checked and fixed . My mechanic then called the warranty company and explained that the compressor to my AC had gone out , he was told by Melissa that I couldn't get it fixed caused my car did not have 113,00 miles on it , I explained to Melissa that my car when I purchased the contract did not have 113,000 miles , I was then told that I needed to fax information that showed that my car had less then 113,000 miles on it before they could revise my contract , I faxed information over and was told that I would get a call back within 30 minutes , when I receive a call back I was told that my contract had been revised BUT I still had to have 113,000 miles on my car plus I had to wait another 30 days before I could get my car fixed . S today I called the warranty company and asked when my 30 days would be up so I could get the AC fixed , now I was told that the warranty would not cover the AC cause it is now a preexisted problem . I was never told that from the very beginning and I am upset cause they are taking out my monthly payment of $120.88 each month . It is so unfair that you don't speak with one person cause every time I called I was given a different explanation . the name of the warranty company is Car Protection USA .So now I had filing a complain with the BBB and hopefully no one else will get misguided with these companies .I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy I did cancel my contract , BUT we the people need to be aware of companies that just want our money and lie to us . Thank you
