Honestly, overall this location is excellent! I've had several images done here and the staff is quite efficient and polite. Their MRI machine is fast as well, imho. The only problem I have with Baptist M&S imaging as a whole, is the scheduling department & the verification department, which are both lacking and I'm being generous here. Also, I've been to the stone oak location and the people at the front desk always seem to be "hating their lives" in a way. I mention them because I've also tried scheduling in person from that location. From here on out, I'll be coming to the this location on NW military. But I sure hope they improve those 2 departments because they have, many times, almost deterred me from doing imaging with them...The reason for 4 star instead of 5 star review.

This place was amazing. Scheduler/insurance verifier was such a blessing. She stayed on top of things to make sure my daughter’s scan was approved. The facility is clean and inviting and the MRI tech was super friendly.

Baptist Health Imaging Services has 1 of 2 most advanced MRI machine in the San Antonio area. Staff were friendly, and Dr. Patel was exceptional. After my procedure I was able to walk without pain.

Staff took me in early when I arrived early. Very courteous staff from admittance representative to the technologists and the doctor. Clearly explained each step of the procedure and ensured I had no questions or concerns. Highly recommend to get procedures done here versus STRIC and other specialty offices.

This place is awesome! It’s my second time being here with my special needs son and both times the wait time short . My sons tech was friendly and very patient. However we had a freak accident while there.. my son jumped up and hit his head on the scanning machine. My son is non verbal so I didn’t know he was hurt until we walked out to our car and I lots of blood on top of my sons head! I rushed him back in and the receptionists acted fast and got him a room and had a doctor check him all in under a minute. I’m forever grateful!!
