I brought my Mom here she was her birthday of 92 years old. I was a Mommy and me cut. The girls did fab job, my hair cut by Lisamarie was perfect, my mom's cut was fabulous the young lady too alot of time and her teacher was superior in helping her achieve a style that would rival a $200 cut!!! Lisamarie was so sweet and organized the girls to give my.mom a happy birthday serenade and a dunking doughnut birthday tower!!! Amazing people and stylists!!! Mom and I Thankyou 1k times for an amazing experience!!

Had a 60 minute facial with Tiara today and I loved it so much, she recommended that I have the natural peel ($15 extra) which is their most popular facial. I came out with glass looking skin, highly recommend- I’ll be back

I came back and tried the 90min massage and it was wonderful. My masseuse was Dennise, she asked me upfront what kind of massage I was looking for and upon starting she confirmed that the pressure she was applying was right for me- I really appreciate that. Dennise was intuitive and worked on the knots I had but also included some relaxing but firm pressure. She will make a wonderful masseuse going forward ? ?

Paulina did an amazing job with my color retouch. She was efficient in her time and covered all my gray areas. She’s the best in blow drying my hair to get the look I want. I’m going to miss her when she graduates.

This was my first time here and the service was phenomenal!!! Mardia Brown did a spectacular job on my facial and I would recommend her to anyone while she is still in school… it’s a very clean atmosphere with a lot of great people working hard all around… great opportunity for students to gain clients in the near future once they graduate… and the pricing is amazing… #Salute

I have been coming here for years and they were great. I'm not sure what is going on now. They have canceled 2 appointments at the last minute because students aren't showing up, yet they remind you to be on time when you reschedule. Also the past 2 haircuts I've had look like I did them myself. Get your act together, please. You were so much better than this.

Got a pedicure. Everything was fine. Agree with previously comment the the seat was too high. Additionally, the soaking tub was ancient and I would have liked to have a plastic liner to ensure cleanliness. I noticed that the tub is cleaned by spraying something on it. Not hygienic in my opinion. They need equipment. The technician was fine, though, and the price was great.

I am so very disappointed this will be my first time coming to the Institute to get my hair done. I was scheduled for today, August 31 at 9:30 AM. I arrive at 9:20 and told that I don’t have an appointment for today but for September 30. I’m very confused as I received two emails confirming my appointment for today and I have attached them to this review. I don’t know of their quality of work and I understand things happen they might overbook or people might not show up but a heads up would have been nice to know that they were not going to be doing my appointment today. I ended up canceling that September 30 appointment as well

H1 Fire

This school is going down with quality of teachers & level of students. After they suggested to get my hair done in different way last time, I made appointment & took time off to travel over hour. Teacher told me senior students is not confident enough to do my hair. Obviously student shouldn’t become hair stylist since senior & can’t do highlights. Coming here over 10 years & this place is becoming very unsatisfactory school. Student does not spend hours like before due to Change of programs so they send them out without not much experience. Students before had confidence & worked hard but not anymore. I found other place closer & more confident teacher & student! The outcome was much better & nicer! I used recommended to many people but not anymore!
