The providers and nursing staff are good and my interactions receiving care have been great. Just don’t expect anyone you speak with on the phone to correctly follow through with what they said they would do.
I called to re-schedule testing before an already scheduled follow up with cardiology. I called about 10 days prior to the original appointment and spoke to a person and not the automated system because I wanted to get this right. The person set me up with a date 2 days prior to my cardiologist appointment. Unfortunately she inadvertently booked my testing for following (wrong) month. That also makes the cardio follow up a waste without the test data.
So now I have 2 days of requested time off from work that is wasted because someone can’t take the time to see if January or February was listed on their screen before selecting the day. The icing on the cake is they can’t reschedule me in any reasonable time.
This reflects either a lack of care or a lack of competence on that part of the staff. Time is money and we are all short of it right now. Now I have to delay all of my heart care because I can’t afford to play these games.

My rating is not based on the quality of care from my nurse and doctor. They are both excellent and very responsive. However, the Medical Assistant at the time appeared unwell and cough without covering his mouth or putting on a mask. I’m sure , like myself, there are patients with compromised immune systems and can ill afford to catch any communicable disease, especially from a caretaker. Again, I appreciate the care from my nurse and doctor.

From the moment I was walking down the long hallway [with my husband who is having problems walking) a lady named Josey stopped & told us she can bring a wheelchair for him, just call ahead & she will give him a ride. She & your wonderful office staff got him a wheelchair & pushed him wherever we needed to go.
Also, Jennifer (who did the ultrasound of my heart) was very knowledgeable & explained what all the heart entailed & I found her to be very proficient at her job. Explaining everything & getting clear images. I'm sure Dr. Gigliotti will be pleased with her excellence as well. Such a sweet lady!
A few weeks ago I was in your office & had 2 other tests & both people were so kind & very proficient. Can't remember their names. I just can't give you enough praise on your excellent staff!

The front desk staff is friendly and professional. I had an echocardiogram done by Jennifer. She was so easy to talk with and explained everything in a professional manner. Her personality was amazing. Everything was comfortable from start to finish.

I was contacted by the office manager today. There was a huge miscommunication between representative that called and manager. She apologized for everything and assured that nothing like this would happen again. My father was taken care of at Seton Williamson by Dr. McNair. We were told to follow up with him. I was called today that we're canceling his appointment because VA has not responded about payment of services. We were told that you would put him on a payment plan for services because he only has social security for income and that his care would not be interrupted. He does expect anything for free, but have some compassion. Supposedly the office manager never approved this. I guess she has no heart and works for a heart doctor. Unfortunately I was at work and could not ask to speak to her at the time. My dad really liked Dr. McNair. I was in communication with office staff on several occasions regarding this matter and was assured several times that my 85 yr old Dad would be seen. I have personally been treated by different doctors at Seton and was put on a payment plan. I will be calling over and over to speak to this manager.

Terrible experience. After prep with radioactive isotop we were told Dr was delayed after first hour. Another hour passed and we were told Dr wasn’t coming. This test REQUIRES a Dr to be present. Very unprofessional and extremely unacceptable. All risk and no reward. Our impression from staff was this happens frequently. Obviously management does not exist or couldn’t care less!!!!

I was scheduled for a stress test, last Friday, and they made it stress free !! They were prompt, and explained what was going to happen, during this procedure. They were friendly, and professional. I enjoyed how at ease, they made me feel. Thank You Ascension Imaging Department, Round Rock !!

Dr. Tannon Carroll and his Staff takes Excellent Care of my dads health we always know before leaving next steps and all our questions are answered to our complete satisfaction every visit. Come on and try out this team you will be glad you did.?
