Find another group. Incompetent clerical staff with regards to scheduling. Wait times in excess of 2 hours. Dr Grover no longer there. I believe he was the brains and experience within the group. PA Kelly Very good but had too much on her plate to be thorough

Worst experience ever. In there for 2 hour only to be seen for 5 minutes and told I'll be ok. Also was Prescribed Medication that the Doctor neglected to send over to the pharmacy. So we did a total of 2 days before receiving it. Would not recommend anyone visiting this clinic or the Doctor.

I have been going to this practice for years. I have seen most of the Dr's and I have liked every one of them. My most recent surgeon was Dr Paulstra. Dr Poelstra is one of my favorites. He asked me all the right questions, he listened to me and seemed genuinely concerned. If you are on this page because you are looking for a spine Dr, you should stop looking and make an appt. Dr Grover and Dr Poelstra will forever be my list of people I am thankful for. Thank you !

I'm on 23 days of trying to get my prescription refill? I've called numerous times I've visited the office 4 times, they promised me yesterday that the doctor would take care of it at the end of his clinic, well just another lie. They leave mno choice but to file a grievance with the Nevada state medical board and I'm also going to talk to council about a male practice suit. I'm on the verge of a mental breakdown because of their incompetence.

Dr polstra is the best doctor and surgeon I have ever met in my life! He did my neck fusion! Hopefully soon he's going to do my back!! And the staff is very amazing as well thank you very much

I never give five stars because I can always find something that doesn’t seem OK. I had an appointment at 2:30 and the doctors office called me at about 245. And he said who it was over the phone I knew that I must’ve missed an appointment. After figuring out to mix up and asking if I could still see the doctor if I left now they made it easy like they were really concerned about my health. The front staff is quiet and helpful and kind. The doctor was very informative and paid attention to what I said and addressed everything. It was a great first experience.

Went to Allegiant Spine (location on Smoke Ranch Rd) because my doctor referred me for back pain. I had recently had an MRI done which I told them about when I made my appointment. When I got to Allegiant, I filled out paperwork, then waited about an hour to go into an exam room. The technician said they wanted to take an x-ray of my back. I informed them that I just had that done at the MRI center. They said they didn't have the x-rays. I asked if they had the MRI images. They said no. I asked if they had the MRI report. They said yes, but "it's blurry.". I asked if they could get the images they needed from the MRI center. They said they could not. Then they told me I should have brought a CD from the MRI center. Nobody told me that when I made the appointment (and the MRI center never gave me a CD). I ended up walking out of the exam because the doctor didn't have what he needed. Couldn't find anyone there who cared about my experience. A 2-hour waste of time.

I really wish I looked at the reviews before making my 1st appointment. I definitely would've found another specialist. I hope others do! I have Sciatica and was in the ER twice for my pain. My appointment with Dr. Fisher on 9/18/19 was okay (though, I was not examined). I was told I needed an MRI and Physical Therapy. After 2 weeks, I called to see what the delay was. There is never a person to speak with, so I've left multiple messages to his nurse and her supervisor. It's now 10/7/19 and after sneaking a call to an appointment person, I had them look up my account, and NO ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED for my MRI and my Physical Therapy. After 18 days, the nurse still has not placed an order for me. I am still in pain. Not good!! I cancelled everything and am now going to my Primary Doctor for a referral. Please do not book your appointment with them, unless you like waiting for months.
