I had a disappointing experience with ACL Digital. They conducted my interview on May 3rd, and I cleared all rounds, including a sourcing test, mock candidate pitch test, and a final interview with the manager. I was told I would receive an offer and onboarding within a week. However, it's now July, and I haven't received any offer or update on joining.

Despite repeated follow-ups, they kept lying to me, saying the offer was delayed. After a month and a half, they finally informed me that the requirement is on hold. This experience not only wasted my time but also made me miss other opportunities. I wish they had been transparent earlier. It's sad to see a company with such unprofessional hiring practices. Beware, folks!!!

You guys know about ghost requirement or limerate of company, if you don't please search cz this company has doing that one they will interview the person but didn't give you the offer letter and keep on increasing there limerate of the company.

One of most worst company they will call u saying that they have openings and send interview letter in that they mentioned technical interview with client face to face but they will take in phone call and mteam and they don't know for what role they are hiring and one will ask questions and another will write questions on book and they will ask same questions to all and after 2 rounds they will say that they will say result but nothing the one who called saying that they have openings now blocked my number and not answering for messages and they didn't have LinkedIn account one who called and attend interview for practice and don't keep Hope one of the worst company .

Don't ever choose this company.. They don't know how to ask questions in interviews..irrelevant questions been asked and making others fool. They don't even know what type of questions to ask for a recruiter.. never choose this company full time wasted.

Yes, I am also one of the victims of this cheating company. All the reviews saying they won't send offer letters for candidates are true. I have attended 3 rounds of interview for SKF client for an android developer role, which was having immediate requirement. Interview process started on Feb 15th of 2024, and actually, they said this is immediate joining and asked me to join by Feb 28th. I cleared all the rounds and even HR discussion also happened, and they have taken all the required documents to release the offer letter. HR asked me to remove my profile from all job portals like Naukri and Linkedin. Today's date is 21st of March I did not recived any offer letter nor response from them. ACL Digital is a fraud company which plays with candidate time and life. Fraudesters that I met at this fraud company are Janagaraj (Hiring Manager who actually a Irresponsible person), Akanksha (HR, She has No professionalism, No Morale and No Ethics), and Harendra Singh (Senior HR who comes for Salary Discussion - Most dangerous and No proffessionalism). Don't ever give an interview to this company, if you give, finally like most of us, you will also get cheated.
PS : Company itself shameless, they dont even bother about it's reviews

Worst payroll company. don't join here...currently working under the same payroll for reliance jio ...they will deduct your salary without any proper information ...if we say we can contact the higher management or superior level to the hr.then also they are not willing to give the information of the above contact.
