While there is a lot of paperwork I was impressed with the excellent knowledge and treatment I received. While some of the treatments may not be the most pleasant due to the nature of some of the nerve tests, it is to be expected. I highly recommend Dr. Pavot and the staff.

I don't usually leave reviews, but when I saw the negatives on this, I felt compelled to relate my personal experience. Dr. Pavot has treated my condition for many years and has gone above and beyond many times when needed. He never gives up even with my very challenging situation and now it is under control. His assistant is fantastic and receptive. She gets back to me promptly and efficiently. In my darkest times, she always greeted me with compassion and brightness and I left feeling more positive. I have dealt with many neurologists in my life and this one is this best.

If I could do zero stars I would. I’ve been going to this office for a little over a year now and honestly have nothing good to say. I’ve been telling my DR for over a year now that I don’t feel like my medications are working and I’m always told to “just try it mixed with X”. Now I have so many different medications that don’t do anything and I feel like I’m back to square one. I also really hate how little time you actually get to spend with the provider- I’m paying a $40 copay for the DR to be in the room for less than 3 minutes. The “billing specialist” is in waaaaay over her head. TWICE my Botox appointment was pushed back because she didn’t have information from my insurance (totally fair) but then when I’m calling my insurance they are telling me everything has been approved! The last time it happened I was told by the billing specialist that the DR didn’t want to bill it a certain way because she gets less $$$ and that I needed to try a different treatment method (which included 6+ months of medication cocktails)- and then she tried telling me it wasn’t approved, but my insurance gave me confirmation that it had been approved 6 months ago and the approval was good for a year! To top it all off they have no sort of appointment reminders in place and I just got a bill for $75 for missing my appointment!!! If I had received a phone call or a text reminder then sure- but $75 That’s crazy! This business is all about the money and not at all about patient care. Receiving that bill was icing on the cake- I will be finding another neurologist ASAP.

I have never been treated so poorly as I just have been at this "doctor's" office. I am having some very frightening neurological symptoms and I came to the office appointment with the insurance card as requested but it was a live, logged in on the website copy of my card which they refused to take saying they needed the physical card. I tried explaining that their instructions did not mention it had to be a laminated card, only an insurance card which I clearly had right in front of their faces on my phone. After 15 minutes of begging for them to talk to the doctor or the nurse I was told it is company policy that they have to have the actual card. Which by the way could very well have been an expired card that a person is holding on to even though they are actually uninsure but of course logic and reason have no place here. I was told I would have to reschedule. I begged once again to have a few minutes to look one more time in my car which was granted. Let me mention this entire time the other person that was waiting was still in the waiting room and no nurse had emerged to take me back from my appointment at this time no other patient had emerged from the mysterious back, so I know the doctor wouldn't have been ready to see me at that time anyway. By some miracle I was able to dig out the physical card from in between my seats in my car, however after having been 10 minutes EARLY for my appointment, with all of the necessary paperwork and a valid insurance proof... Having to politely bag the front office woman who allegedly went back over and over asking if my various proofs of insurance were acceptable.. .20 minutes later with the magic insurance card in hand, they stated that it was now too late to see me and they would be unable to fulfill my appointment and I would have to reschedule on February 27th! Over a month! Completely callous to me crying and begging to be seen due to my terror over my symptoms. I have never been treated that badly by a medical establishment, even when I was an uninsured teenager. DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS PRACTICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WALK IN FEELING LIKE NOTHING MORE THAN A DOLLAR SIGN WITH A LAMINATED INSURANCE CARD.

This office has been treating me for multiple sclerosis (MS) since I moved to Colorado in 2012. The receptionist, Laura has always been very welcoming and helpful, and Barbara, the medical assistant, is a gem beyond compare! She goes to bat for you with the pharmacy and the insurance company, and will do everything within her power to get you the medication that you need. Dr. Pavot has an advanced understanding of his field (neurology) and treats his patients with compassion and understanding. I cannot recommend this office enough for treatment of neurological disorders.
