I recently switched providers and have been trying to find a doctor and office that can help with treatments and explain the process. Dr. Moore was professional, answered my questions, helped clarify questions, and extremely patient. His office staff are all very sweet as well. Cassandra upfront is absolutely amazing as well! New insurances can be an absolute nightmare and she made it seemless! Highly recommend all around!

Dr. Moore was very friendly and professional. As a nurse, patient centered care is very important to me and I appreciated his explanation of what was and wasn't necessary for my appt. He also took away the anxiety I was having about my IUD replacement. I would definitely recommend!

Dr. Moore is seriously the best GYN provider I have ever had experience with. He is kind, compassionate, and listens to every detail. He wants to help women live their best life by helping them succeed with their female health. He is extremely knowledgeable and he did his absolute best to keep me comfortable and informed of what would be done. He developed a plan of care with both my safety and comfort in mind. Through the entirety of my exam, he explained each step, his findings, and made sure I was comfortable.

Cassandra helped with my scheduling, paperwork, check in/out, and follow up. She is fantastic and extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions with confidence.

The office is welcoming, clean, and very comfortable. All of this certainly made me feel more relaxed. I am extremely thankful I found Dr Moore and his staff.

I have had extremely bad experiences in the past with IUD removal and replacement. Dr. Michael Moore was empathetic to those experiences. He provided me a absolutely pain free procedure! I whole heartedly would recommend him! Even the paps he administered was the gentlest I've had in my 42 years of life. I look forward to having a continuing relationship with him for all my OBGYN needs. Thank you Dr Moore for listening to women and making changes for the better in the industry. Yours should be held as a gold standard for others to learn from.

Dr. Moore is very kind, however I felt that the response to my hormonal imbalance with my implant was to just throw more hormones at me, which made matters worse. I opted to ultimately remove it, but that’s was my decision based on my own research… so that was a little disappointing. I recently changed offices due to a change in residence, a few days ago I received an invoice of an office visit from June 2023! They’re claiming it wasn’t processed yet I’ve paid all past invoices. I unfortunately didn’t save the old receipts I only have the Zelle transactions but those don’t specify what they cover. When inquiring, I asked if they could cross check to make sure I’m being charged twice and they said they can’t access that info because it’s a 3rd party?! Charging me over a year later… if your 3rd party made a mistake maybe you should absorb it and take ownership. Ridiculous.

I scheduled a Pap smear and an ultrasound of a cyst.
The Doctor performed the most thorough breast exam and didn’t bother taking the time to find my cyst, then dismissed it as a swollen lymph node despite not being able to feel it.

I felt dismissed and didn’t push further as there’s a serious power imbalance

I called again to get an ultrasound.
The office was more than happy to schedule this and milk me for another office visit fee.

I didn’t confirm the appointment and actually had an autoimmune flare emergency.

I received a threatening email from the office stating they would charge me $200 for the cancellation and would waive the fee IF I rescheduled.

I called the office, asked about the fee and what the cost difference would be if I’d have had the ultrasound on the first visit vs them making me make another appointment for the ultrasound.

The narcissistic front desk woman, dodged all accountability and refused to answer this question.

It’s reasonable to want to know the difference in price that the doctors negligence had caused.

In fact my second office visit fee should have been waived.

Instead she got very nasty insisting I owe them $200 even if I didn’t confirm the appointment.

Mind you I make over half a million per year.

This practice is a joke.
If you’re expecting “Advanced” Care you will promptly be gaslit and dismissed.

If they want to charge me I’ll take it up through other avenues since I have a disability covered under the ADA.

Not once didn’t any of these people express empathy and concern.

In fact the other negative reviews I’ve read have only proven true through my experiences with this office.

I will look into a formal complaint against the doctor as there’s no acceptable reason for him not to have ultra sounded the lump I came in worried about except PURE NEGLIGENCE.

Can anyone think of a good reason to not locate the lump yourself and ultrasound it just to be sure?

All around great experience. Compassionate, SCIENCE-based HRT care provided promptly at my appointment time and in a comfortable and professional setting. After a petrifyingly aggressive consult with one of the local cash pay, predatory “bio identical” HRT sales practices (I would not call them medical practices because they are engaged in sales, not evidence-based medicine!), I was so grateful to find Dr Moore and his lovely, solo practice. I am looking forward to continuing my post menopausal journey under his careful and evidence based care. Please go see him instead if you’re considering the dangerous and unregulated pellet HRT world. Your care will be covered by insurance and affordable, and your health will be monitored by a provider with your best interests at heart.

I should have known not to schedule an appointment at this office when they required me to pay a $100 deposit for my initial appointment. After my appointment, which left me more confused than anything else, I decided to schedule a procedure but then changed my mind as I wasn’t sure if that was going to solve my problem (related to perimenopause). When I called to cancel, they told me I was going to be charged a $200 fee to cancel because it wasn’t within a 48 hour window. This is a medical office. Not a hair salon. This group seems to only be in it for the money, not to help women. I will not be returning and I would recommend going elsewhere.
