My name is George Muir, husband of Diana Muir. Diana is the patient and I accompany her each time as after the injection she gets a little loopy and she can’t drive… she is too busy running her travel agency to write the review so here I am.

Doctor Broyer has been fantastic. His bedside manner may not always be perfect, but he is extremely good at what he does and for sure he knows exactly what he’s doing. My wife has been suffering for years with terrible sciatica pain, and Dr. Broyer knows exactly how to alleviate this pain with treatment.

Thank you for everything Doctor. Hopefully we won’t need to see you again for six months… or until that horrible pain starts kicking in again.

Beautiful staff, Beautiful office. I just Love Dr. Broyer and his team/staff. They are courteous, friendly and very, professional. Dr addresses all my concerns, gives solutions to my issues and helps me in all ways dealing with my pain. I really appreciate all his efforts and the commitment he has in being my doctor. It's very hard to find a committed doctor who cares about his patients.

Dr Broyer is great and knows how to do his job. Has given me pain relief with cortisone epidural several times and got rid of my sciatica for up a year. Unfortunately this time when it came back he put through authorization request for the epidural procedure and told me that the insurance company takes 8-10 days to approve. I called my insurance company and they said if Doc marks it as urgent then they will turn around in 24-48 hours. I called and spoke to April who was very nice and tried to help. But apparently it is ERIN THE DIRECTOR who submits these and said it was not their protocol to mark it as urgent because it was not urgent. I told her my pain is so bad that I am stuck in bed because I cannot walk nor sit. That although the doc gave me Tramadol which helped, I did not want to be on opioids for 10 days. I asked her please to mark authorization request as urgent and she told me she would not do it because it was not their protocol. It’s UNBELIEVABLE that they refused to do this while I am at level 8-10 pain constantly. Oh yea she said that instead of waiting that I should go to the ER. Considering what I was asking for her to do just submit letting insurance know it is urgent shows her complete lack of empathy. For a Pain Relief company I was not asking for drugs. I was asking to expedite a treatment which removes level 8-10 pain.

So if you need immediate help then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Find another Pain Relief Doctor. They don’t care how urgent it may be, we are not to them. If you can manage to wait up to 2 weeks in pain then Dr. Broyer is your man.

Updatereview from my Nov.3,2023 visit with Dr.Leo- I didn't have to wait long, and Dr.Leo was very thorough in explainingwhat needs to be done next to address all my pain issues with sciatica and stenosis, and arthritis. Thank you Dr. Leo for your professional expertise and input.Ihighly recommend himand Dr.Broyer and the staff is always courteousand amenable. My meeting with Dr. Broyer concerning my test for my peripheral neuropathy pain went well. He and his staff and Kyle and Mel explained how the whole procedure would be done and reassured me that all would be fine because they all saw how extremely nervous I was and frankly, quite scared of the procedure! They complied with compassion,understanding and patience with my concerns. Dr.Broyers Staff was very nice too. The front desk, his assistant and the team that did the procedure along with Dr,Broyer. Thank you all very much for your patience and understanding of how I was feeling. I don't do well at all with any kind of medical procedures but I know I had the bst team taking care of me. I was seen right on time the staff was extremely great and made you feel at home while you got preprd for my procedure. Dr Broyer far exceeded my expectation as this was my first time with him doing an epidural ( I have had approx 8 in the past 7 years ) and he’s at the Top of my list as the best at present He administered the shots within a few minutes and without any discomfort he gets an A+ And my recommendation to anyone who needs to have this procedure done as I AM AS OFTODAY DAY 2 WITHOUT NEUROPATHY PAIN IN BOTH MY LEGS AND FEET I am so thankful to both my Doctor and my God Jehovah for this relief
