My husband had a procedure at this hospital. It was a very successful one. They kept me informed every step of the way. When he went to his room he was very well taken care of. The nurses were so nice and did there work very well, my husband was so very happy with them. Not only did they make my husband comfortable but this one nurse Jessie also made sure I was comfortable, seeing that I was staying the night. I would, recommend this hospital to anyone looking for a stress free experience.

I had a great experience here. The nurses, doctors, and other staff are on top of their expectations. The services are great and I was able get full explanation and details of my illnesses that other hospital were not able to get into. I am on my recovery and I am so glad that felt so much better because I got the right treatment.

Registration was a breeze. The lady working was very polite and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long to go back to the room. Nurse Winter and Nurse Patricia took excellent care in getting me ready for my procedure. I wish I knew the names of the nurses in the surgery room because they were like three angels sent to put me on ease. Dr. John Dallas who did the procedure is the best. I have a lot of faith in his surgical skills. Procedure went well as well as my recovery.

Everything after giving birth was wonderful. The team was amazing and everyone from custodial staff, to cafeteria staff, to nurses and doctors, and every single tech was great on work and bedside manners. I wish I could say the same while I was giving birth. They tried to make me believe my contractions were fake (the band needed to be adjusted a lot). I was in a lot of pain that none of the medications helped, the heavier ones made me hallucinate but kept me yelling in the inside since I wasn't able to say anything. One of my requests to help pain management was completely ignored. I still remember some of the nurses laughing at me and a doctor being completely annoyed at me. I'm sure they were all busy since it was one pregnant lady giving birth after another in an already understaffed environment. Not all of them were like this though. I don't remember everyone but thank goodness for nurse Alice. She helped make it a bit bearable. Too bad the labor and delivery spot was understaffed, I gave birth to my son here with an amazing team where I didn't have to hit my head in the bathroom screaming and throwing up. Hoping the hospital only improves. These nurses and doctors don't deserve this frustration.

Very quickly taken in and seen by a variety of medical personnel. Everyone was very nice. It was found that I was needing blood thinners as there was a possibility that I had a stroke. I believe I received three to four baby aspirin and two or three Plavix. I was in the emergency room for 3 hours and had an MRI as well. Everything was great except for Pharmacy on the bill was listed at $1,200. Just seemed a bit excessive for baby aspirin and blood thinners, considering I bought a bottle of 30 at HEB for $10. All in all I would definitely come back if needed.

I had such a great experience here for my surgery! They were on time and I did not feel rushed at all throughout the process. Every single person made me feel cared for and they were so kind. Suzy was my first nurse who helped me and was so thoughtful. There were so many other nurses I wish I could name, but I appreciated all of them. Dr. Savage did my surgery and is a wonderful doctor. Thank you all!

From the lady at the front desk who checked me in to the gentleman that took me to my ride to go home, this was the best experience I've ever had for a surgery. Including my rotator cuff repair yesterday it makes 14 major surgeries and the team i had working with me yesterday were nothing short of phenomenal! Nurse were kind, gentle and personable. The anesthesiologist and the surgeon were the same way, just absolutely phenomenal! I can't thank yall enough!

Oh wow! ER room, surgery, and floor 7N treated me so beautifully. I showed up four days ago with severe abdominal pain. It turns out, I had appendicitis, and the darn little bugger had ruptured. My case was a bit complicated by the fact that I also have stage four colon cancer. The inflamed organs with tumors, plus the chemotherapy and treatments, posed more challenges with the surgery.

Dr. Lindsey was brilliant! He was kind and professional, and the surgery went above expectations, considering my case. During recovery, every individual I came across, from the cleaning staff to the physicians, made me feel like part of a really special community. I wish I could remember off the top of my head all the people on floor 7N who made my stay comfortable. Ro, Dana, Abigail, Lola … so many beautiful faces flood my memories, and I’ll never forget them, even though their names escape me. Thank you so much for saving my life and for making me feel so confident in your care and comfortable.
