I received a phone call from Austin Heart 10/09/24 and was on another call. I Immediately returned the call, a person answered and put me on hold for over and hour. Today 10/10/24, I received a phone call from Austin Heart in Austin, I grabbed my phone and was too late answering. I immediately called back, hit the button for the answering service. They go to lunch from 12:00 to 1PM, she says. I request a return call from them., They LITERALLY JUST CALLED LESS THAN ONE MINUTE AGO. The nice lady says, "I cannot leave them a message to return your call". I am here to send people to the ER who are having a heart attack.
I WANT TO TELL THE PUBLIC THAT THINK THESE OFFICES ARE GOOD THAT THEY ARE BAD! MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN WAITING FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS TO HEAR BACK FROM THESE PEOPLE. I have sent faxes to the Marble Falls Office, then called to confirm the fax was received. NO RETURN CALL. I have called the Marble Falls Office and requested to get a return call from the NP or Doctor. I have received one return call yesterday, immediately called back (pulled over b/c driving), and on hold for over an hour. TODAY THEY CALL LITTERALLY WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO LUNCH! HOW STUPID, THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO COMMON SENSE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONE. OH YES, HERE IS MORE. The one time yesterday when I was able to get through to them on the phone. They told me they have left several messages for my husband with no return call. After the call I spoke to my husband and he has NOT RECIEVED ANY MESSAGES ON HIS PHONE. THIS MAKES THEM LIARS!
TO REVIEW: THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR FAXES AND LIE ABOUT IT. THIS IS THE MARBLE FALLS, FREDRICKSBURG OFFICE, AND AUSTIN OFFICE. NOW THAT'S WHO I WANT AS MY CARDIOLOGIST!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR BREATH ON THESE OFFICES. THEY JUST DON'T CARE TO COMMUNICATE!

My initial visit went well and I am pleased with my doctor, Dr. Jepson. He listened carefully and asked appropriate questions to find out about my health situation. He is a very caring doctor which gives me the assurance that he can help me. Also, staff were very kind, courteous, and professional in setting up testing, appointments, etc. I am glad to be a patient at this clinic; I feel that I am in good hands.

Dr. Gallagher is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. He takes his time and explains your condition in terms the average person can understand. The nurses and staff are friendly and helpful. The wait time is minimal. The offices are comfortable and clean. I highly recommend Dr. Gallagher and Austin Heart.

Two tests were scheduled, both fairly extensive. The staff did an excellent job of explaining the procedures and ensuring I was at ease and comfortable. I was seen on time and the schedule of tests was also on time and expedient. Post-test follow-up communication was prompt and thorough. The staff and doctors were very friendly and engaging through the whole experience.

All the office personnel were very helpful and courteous.
The doctor took his time to make sure I understood the things necessary for the treatment of my blood pressure. He was very patient and gave me another option to try to help control the tiredness from my medication. Highly recommend this doctor.

I was treated with great respect by everyone starting at the front desk and when I went in for my test. Dr. Gallagher listened to my concerns and addressed them. He went over my test results with me. I am very happy with the service I receive with all my visits.

I strongly recommend Dr. Kevin Gallagher at FBG Austin Heart. First he "listens"; he doesn't assume he knows what I expect or want. I like his age factor relative to his education, gives me confident he brings modern medicine to his practice. His office staff is excellent, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, I generally show for my appointment moments before appointment time, I don't feel it's my responsibility to wait in any DR.'s office. They simply don't disappoint. Lastly, Dr. Gallagher takes his time to answer all my questions. He understands that I expect him to be pro-active with any medical issues I might have. I'm a Cleveland Clinic advocate, but have enough confidence to replace them with Dr. Gallagher. RCameron
