Такого отношения к больным я не видела даже в России! доктор ROWAN BAIRD вам должно быть стыдно! Вы даже выслушать не захотели. Это моё первое посещение врача в США и такое впечатление! я к вам пришла с высоким давлением 170/100, а вышла 200/100, "Спасибо" ВАМ ! Столько высокомерия и неуважения к людям...

When I came to facility, I didn't know if I was in the right place. The front desk young lady was very polite, they had my name wrong in my file; she got right on it. I met Dr Rogers, he explained to me exactly was about to take place. He and his assistant was very polite. I had no problems at all. I give that place a 10, very clean. Yes I will go back.❤️

I met with Dr. Rodgers for the first time this morning and I would like to say, I have never met a Doctor like him! He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. He explains everything thoroughly, making sure you have a clear understanding of all of your options. I really appreciate that he took the time to answer all of my questions and did not rush the appointment. He earned my trust with his transparency. I wish more Doctors were as attentive as Dr. Rodgers. The facility was very clean. Thank you!

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I just got out of the hospital and my case manager scheduled an appointment for a follow up which also included a request to sign off on a referral for a specialist that is urgent. I was told when I arrived that this office doesn't sign off on referrals and I also wasn't seen for the follow up appointment that I needed after leaving the hospital. Now I am being told I can't get in until February. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism and quality of Care. There was no resolve, I was told a manager would call me in 24hrs. I won't hold my breath. I would not recommend wellspace for any medical services, especially if it's urgent.

I had the pleasure of having Dr Rodgers and he is AMAZING! Facility is clean and front desk were friendly and accommodating. The ONLY reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the answering service. PLEASE NOTE: The ladies answering the phones are NOT the individuals that are physically in the office. Answering service is rude with NO customer service. They will book appointments the doctors have no idea about and will never transfer you to speak with someone in the Norwood office. They are causing a lot of people to turn away.

Mi experiencia fue horrible, tuve la mala suerte de que me cambiaran de lugar y de Doctor yo acepte sin imaginar que sería una perdida de tiempo y de dinero. Por cada consulta pagó $180.00. Por teléfono. Para que me cuelguen el teléfono, la Doctora fue muy déspota sin respeto, en mi opinión es si no es feliz en su trabajo que renuncie es una mujer sin paciencia. El Doctor aquí en Roseville me escuchaba cuando le decía que me dolía una parte de mi cuerpo me mandaba hacer un chequeo, el no me mandaba a emergencia . Nunca nadie en mi vida me había hecho enojar como esa disque Doctora. Tener que esperar mas de un mes para que te humillen porque yo voy a ir a emergencias si en ese momento no siento dolor, que decepción como si gratis me estuviera atendiendo no sabes todo lo que te deseo, por respeto no te escribo malas palabras es lo que mereces y mas.

Doctor norma or whatever her name is. Talks down to her patients and disregards them and think that she is well above helping anyone. Talks down about anyone else job don’t go here

NO Customer Service. The staff are very generous to allow others to watch them. Conversations that should not be in the work place, definitely need to keep it away from the front desk. The staff react towards the client in a huff; listening doesn't apply therefore asking the same question 3 or 4x's is the normal.
