I was very nervous and concerned to get this done just for the simple fact of it being surgery. I wait over a year until I finally pushed my self to get it scheduled. I did my research and found 2020 institute. I am so thankful I did! I was leaning towards Lasik plus but after hearing a few concerning things, I'm glad I chose 2020 institute! 2020 institute sat on the phone with me for the free consultation for close to an hour. They were not trying to rush me off the phone within 10 minutes like Lasik plus did. They were so very friendly and helped calm my nerves. They were SO upfront about everything! More so than the other companies. They answered every question I had and even when I called two more times after the consultation, they were more than happy to talk with me and answer all questions I had! The surgery day was a breeze! It was painless and way quicker than expected. For a few seconds, there was pressure around the eye being worked on but it wasn't terrible. This now marks a month after getting my Lasik done and I couldn't be happier! I'm 20/15! Better than 20/20! So long glasses! So long night time glares! Truly, I want to thank everyone at 20/20 institute for making my vision better than I thought I'd ever get and for getting rid of my glasses! I highly recommend getting LASIK and I 100 percent recommend 20/20 institute! You will not be disappointed!

I want to start out by saying the staff is incredibly nice. Everyone that works there made you feel like you’ve known them for years. I didn’t know what to expect and they explained everything so well, from what the eye exam would be like to every step of the process for the surgery. I would recommend getting Lasik here at the 20/20 Institute to anybody that is on the fence or just doesn’t know where to go. I was really worried about having dry eyes after my surgery. They have a really cool way to keep your eyes from drying out with a laser treatment. This is very relaxing and comfortable! Again, I could not speak more highly about everybody here. Thank you for making it possible for me not to wear my contacts anymore!! I couldn’t be happier ?

I had lasik surgery 8 weeks ago at 20/20 institute to correct nearsightedness (-3.75 in one eye and -4.25 in the other) and astigmatism and I only wish I had done it sooner! I had been considering lasik for years, but had received conflicting opinions on whether I was a good candidate due to pre-existing dry eye and corneal thickness (490 and 495) so I kept putting it off and even considered implantable contact lenses and PRK as an alternative. The doctors at 20/20 took time to explain why they believed I was a good candidate for lasik and the entire process, and we pre-treated my dryness for a week before the procedure with steroid drops, lubricating drops and ointment. I was nervous the day of the procedure, but it honestly goes by so quickly, it felt like I was in the room for a total of 5 minutes, and the staff is very good about talking you through what’s happening and counting down how much time is left. My recovery was unbelievably easy. I went home and slept for 4-5 hours then woke up that evening with already improved vision, zero pain and only minimal light sensitivity. The next day I was seeing 20/15 in one eye and 20/20 in the other. My vision fluctuated slightly (as they told me is normal in the days and weeks post procedure), but at my 1 month appointment I was seeing 20/15 in both eyes. LASIK is truly life changing and I could not be happier with my outcome and 20/20 institute!

I am obsessed with my gorgeous vision, and obsessed with the incredible level of customer service this place offers!! I always felt looked after. The level of trust I had was met and exceeded. I would come here for all my eye needs if I could. All the Doctors and staff were supportive and cared about ensuring I got quality vision and care throughout. I recommend 20/20 in the Tech Center to everyone looking into LASIK. Best thing I ever did for myself! I wish I’d done it years ago!

It's been almost a year since I got LASIK done at 20/20 and I could not be happier with the results! Everyone in the office was so kind and attentive. They made sure I understood every step of the process, and at no point in the consultation phase did I feel rushed or pressured. It's a big investment, and I felt like they treated it as such, with a lot of patience for all of my questions. I remember little of the actual procedure, but I do remember it was quick and near-painless (just a bit of pressure). I mostly remember the snacks in the dark waiting room right before the procedure - that's how easy it all was. The multiple follow-up appointments were extremely reassuring, too. The doctors were very clear when setting expectations for recovery, and it really took the edge off, especially as my close-range vision fluctuated for a month after. Now my vision is perfect and I wake up every day able to see. It has made camping, running, swimming, etc. so much easier and stress-free. LASIK has been a massive upgrade to my quality of life! I am SO glad I finally got LASIK, and I'm SO glad I did it at 20/20. I strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone who is considering LASIK. It was a 10 out of 10 (or rather, 20 out of 20) experience. My only regret was not doing it sooner!!

I had consultations at two Lasik companies. I did maybe 100 hours of research online, from reviews, to technology, to physicians, etc. Ultimately I chose 20/20 and am so thankful I did. As you know, this is a big deal, and you have to pretty much give your eyesight over to a company. If they mess up, you can't really do anything about it. This company operated at a 5-star service the entire time.
